The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a full view of the quiet Nedonna area!This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 main living areas and a full kitchen.The upstairs features full views from the main living room, dining area, kitchen, and outside decks. A wood pellet fireplace is located in the dining/living area. Decks are located on the Norh and South sides of the home. The larger deck on the North side is perfect to for the BBQ and outside eating. Plenty of room to lay out and enjoy the ocean breeze.The lower floor has the second living area, bedroom with 2 triple bunks. (Large full bed on bottom and twin on top). The second full bath and laundry facility are located in the lower floor as well as the garage.Distance to the beach is one average city block. Sand pathway from the street in front of the home leads you directly to the sands of Nedonna.
