You will love this 2 Bedroom/2 bath beach paradise! This unit has been recently remodeled throughout ... you will be impressed! New appliances, new cabinets, new flooring, bathrooms totally renovated. The kitchen is huge with a laundry room so that you can wash and dry beach towels, swim suits or do your laundry if you wish. There is a master bedroom with a King size bed. The windows in the master are floor to ceiling with a view of the beach below. You'll have your own private exit from the master onto the balcony should you decide to walk out at night and take in the sound of crashing waves or just smell the salt air. The view from the balcony is right out to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico below. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds with its own entrance to the 2nd full bath. This unit has all the amenities of home, just bring the family and be ready to enjoy yourself.
The Perdido Sun has been recently refurbished throughout, it is a beautiful complex. There is an indoor pool with glass enclosure on three sides that still allows you the views of the beach, an outdoor pool and a hot tub. One advantage that the Sun has that is lacking at other complex's is it's grassy common area, kids can play football, soccer or fly kites in this huge grassy area. Want to BBQ while on vacation? Permanent charcoal grills have been installed in the common area for your convenience.
Come once and you will want to stay at the Perdido Sun and this unit again and again!

We visited in October with our daughter and her family. We love Perdido and the Perdido Sun Complex. The unit is everything you need. It is beautifully decorated and clean. It is great for a family or a couple. We will be back next year.
