This gracious ocean front two bedroom condo is very bright and breezy. Lots of sunshine and view. The second floor gives you an easy view of the Atlantic to the east and the inter-coastal to the west. Sunrise is really special from the master bedroom.
The first level consists of the kitchen, dining/living room and patio that sits right in front of the two pools and the south Atlantic ocean.
There are activities galore in the St. Augustine AREA. The beach at low tide must have 400 yards of pristine sand down to the water's edge. Water sports are popular as well.

Why the Owner Chose St. Augustine
THE VILLAGE OF CRESCENT BEACH CONSISTS OF ONE STOP LIGHT & ONE GAS STATION. WE'VE SEEN LITTLE GROWTH SINCE THE MID 90'S, SO THE AREA REMAINS PRETTY MUCH THE WAY IT WAS WHEN WE FIRST STARTED TO VISIT IN THE EARLY 90'S. STILL, GROCERY'S ARE ONLY 3-4MILES AWAY SO NECESSITIES ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE. ITS A GREAT VACATION SPOT SINCE ITS STILL REALLY A PRIVATE SETTING, THE CROWDS FROM ATLANTA/CHARLOTTE HAVEN'T FOUND IT YET! STILL, YOU CAN CRUISE INTO ST. AUGUSTINE IF YOU WANT TO AND TAKE IN THE HISTORY, ENJOY FINE DINING AND TOUR THE CITY.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
OUTDOOR SPORTS ARE THE THING AT CRESCENT BEACH. THERE ARE 6 GOLF COURSES WITHIN 20 MINUTES, AND IF YOU'RE INTO SALT WATER FISHING YOU JUST FOUND ONE OF THE BEST SPOTS FOR IT IN ALL OF FLORIDA.
Owner's Map of St. Augustine
SHIRLEY & THE WRITER DECIDED TO BUY A UNIT AT THE SANDPIPER IN THE MIDDLE 90'S AFTER STAYING IN THE COMPLEX SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE SUMMERS. THE BEACH AT CRESCENT WAS ALWAYS PERFECTLY CLEAN AND WONDERFUL. THE SAND IS FIRM SO IT IS REALLY NEAT FOR LONG WALKS,BIKE RIDES, JOGGING, FISHING, SUNBATHING ETC,ETC. IT WAS THE BEACH AND THE WONDERFUL VIEW FROM THE CONDO THAT CONVINCED US TO BUY.

We had a wonderful time in St. Augustine. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. The view from our deck was spectacular overlooking the pool area and the beautiful ocean beyond. We enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves in the morning sitting on the deck having our coffee---very relaxing. Our beds were very comfortable and we had all the amenities of home. Shirley was very accommodating with any of our needs. St. Augustine was beautiful, great restaurants, just wish we had more time to spend there. I would recommend this condo to any age group. There is lots of thing to do if you want, or just relax on the beach or by the pool. We definitly want to come back.

My husband, daughter and I spent one of our best vacations at the Hanson's condo! The location is perfect. We love to be close to things, but not too close! Everything is within 10 miles that we wanted to do. First, the beach at this condo is perfect. We have vacationed at many beaches and we agreed this was the best. It is a hidden gem! The sand is very fine, soft and clean. People take great pains to keep the beach clean. The water is so cool and felt wonderful on hot August days. Every morning collecting shells was an adventure. The condo was comfy and very clean. I have a difficult time in different beds, and I slept very well here! I appreciated that much thought went into comfort with the furniture, the bedding, the amenties and the provisions. We could not have asked for a nicer place to spend some down time. Thank you Shirley for the recommendations you made for us to have dinner. We loved South Beach Grill, Mango Mangos, Saltwater Cowboy and several others. Of course having a college age daughter we hit the outlet malls and they were great. The fact that both are across the road from each other was great. We visited Castillo de San Marcos and loved it. We visited several other locations, but absolutely enjoyed our day that we rented a pontoon from Devil's Elbow on the intercoastal waterway. We saw manta ray and many, many dolphin. We were so disappointed that we did not see a manatee....but that will be for next time! By renting the pontoon we were able to visit Fort Mantanzas on our own and we went the other direction all the way to the Bridge of Lions. It was a perfect day with a picnic and family on a quiet waterway. Thanks again to Shirley for her advice, for sharing her home and sharing the wonderful experience of St. Augustine!

We really enjoyed our visit to the beach and St. Augustine. There were a lot of good restaurants, one at the end of the road within walking distance. I especially appreciated the swivel rocker from which I had a beautiful view of the beach. My grandchildren had a great time riding the waves and swimming in the pool. We hope to return next summer.

My family had a wonderful stay at this condo in Crescent Beach. The condo fit us perfectly and the owners were pleasant to do business with. We had everything we needed in this unit including a beautiful view and very comfortable beds. The pool was never crowded. The location of this condo is perfect. It is peaceful and out of the way, but yet so close to everything. I could go on and on. The beach was incredible, and so close to St. Augustine. What more can I say? Thank you Shirley for a trip of a lifetime! We hope to return soon!

My husband and I really enjoyed this condo. The beach is clean and quiet. The condo was everything that we needed. The beds are very comfortable. The condo was clean, well decorated, and my husband loved the recliner chair. We like to cook and the kitchen is well equiped for cooking. The surf fishing is good there. You can also fish the intracoastal waterway on the surf, rent a boat, or go deep sea fishing at the Cats Paw marina on the Sea Love. Orlando is less than 2 hours away. Historic downtown St. Augustine is only minutes away. There is a lot to do there in the winter. The area has great restaurants, Prime Outlet shopping, a huge Flea market, historic areas to visit, and sailing. Marineland is just down the road, and you can swim with the dophins! There is a free ferry a couple of miles down the road south, that will take you across the intracoastal waterway to Matanzas Fort. That is a great history lesson and fun for the kids. The condo was very quiet, comfortable, and we highly recommend it. The owners are very accommodating.

My family from Virginia spent the week of 4th of July here! Loved it! The condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and the views are gorgeous. The pool and beach are really RIGHT THERE!!! We all enjoyed being able to go back and forth to the beach and pool easily. Very family oriented and family friendly. The sand is like confectionary sugar! We enjoyed going to St. Augustine and to Daytona while we were on vacation! We were especially lucky that we were able to meet the owners who are wonderful people. Thanks to both of them for having their condo available for rental to us. We loved it and we will be back as soon as possible!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
