Pristine and nicely appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Pristine is the word used from our tenants! Just completed renovation to make your vacation a very special time away from home.
Atlantic Folly is our get away, summer home... sum'r home sum'r at the beach! Pack your bathing suit and beach towels... we have supplied the rest. We are offering weekly and monthly vacation rentals at affordable rates in our spacious two bedroom, two bath villa/condo, which is located in Building 8 on the first floor, adjacent to the kidney-shaped pool. Just beyond the pool lie two of the ten clay tennis courts in the resort, and the Clubhouse containing the two indoor racquetball courts.
Entire unit just painted, new carpet in the dining room and living room. Kitchen has expanded counter tops... granite counter tops! Brand new cabinets, we added more cabinets. New stainless appliances... all this just in case you want to cook or bring take out in while you are on vacation.
King size bed in master bedroom with it's own updated bathroom. Large flat panel tv with dvd in master bedroom. Living room has comfy seating for 6, tv, dvd, vcr, library and games for folks of all ages, and of course free wifi.
Guest bedroom has twin beds and a tv for watching dvds. Guest bath has also been updated.
Building 8 is steps to the pool, which gives you an opportunity to enjoy the pool without crossing the parking lot. Large umbrellas, tables and chairs as well as lounge chairs on the sundeck are for your enjoyment.
Fiddler's Cove is located in the Folly Field section of Hilton Head Island, and is only a short 5 minute walk (with children) to the uncrowded Folly Field Beach, with lifeguards, a boardwalk, restrooms, showers, etc. Also within walking distance are several restaurants, and Adventure Cove (mini-golf and an arcade.) This mid-island location is also convenient to shopping, family activities and golf. In addition, guests of Fiddler's Cove have free access to an off-site Health Club.

Newly renovated Condo located right by pool and Clubhouse Area. Pictures do tell the story ! This is a well maintained unit with the first floor advantage. My family loves it! Plenty of space for the kids, and the three TV's help avoid arguments. Close to Caraba's Mini Golf and Arcade. Walking distance to the beach. I highly recommend this unit.

We've been going to Fiddler's Cove for 23 years! This is our third year renting this villa. The owners are so easy to work with! The kitchen renovation is wonderful....lots of countertop space. We love the first floor location and it is just steps to the pool!!. My extended family of 24 rented six villas nearby. It was relaxing to sit by the pool and run inside for a quick snack or to check laundry, etc. The villa met all of our expectations and we will definitely be renting this same place again!

we stayed here for our 1st visit to Hilton Head and found this gem of a place called Fiddlers Cove. we had a great rental with this unit and loved the fact that it was on the first floor, yes you can here the people above you if they have little ones, but go to walmart and buy a $10 box fan like we did. we ran it on low and never heard a peep. the first floor is the place to be, after you drag everthing up and down everyday, you will wish you did! this unit was clean, roomy and updated. you can park right outside your door too. we are going back for 2 weeks this summer, make sure you rent bikes and have a great time !!!

Our family stayed in this villa June 2009 and June 2010. We love it hoping to go this June.It is very nice,clean,convenient, close to pool.The location is perfect middle island close to everything. Everyone is very helpful owner of this villa is super nice. Cannot say enough good about the whole experience its wonderful. My son has spent his last 2 birthdays there hoping to spend the big 13 there this year. Would recommend this villa to everyone.
