Spacious free-standing condo located on Bird Creek canal. This unit has nearly 3000 square feet of living space. This is a relatively new, modern building with ample designated parking. There are three levels for extra privacy. There is a large living room with vaulted ceiling. There are three modern bathrooms all with showers, one has a tub/shower. Four separtate bedrooms. Three have kingsized beds, the fourth has two twin beds. There is a futon in the lower level family room.
The modern, full-sized kitchen is fully equipped. There is a separtate dining room. New super-sized washer and dryer in a separate utility room.
The master bedroom and bath are upstairs. There is a balcony with great views of the canal, the park, and Lake Huron. A gas barbecue grill is located on the balcony. Gorgeous sunsets can be viewed from the balcony or other areas.
The condo is located right in the Village of Port Austin with easy walk to restaurants, bars, and activities. A beautiful park and well-maintained beach are just a very short walk from the front door. Your boat can be launched at the nearby city boat launch, and docked right in front of the condo.
