The five acres surrounding the property include many different tropical plants and trees. Citrus groves can be seen from the lanai along with Pappas, Bananas and cocao trees. The entire five acres are sprinkled with the coco palms that represent the coconut coast of Kauai. A stroll about the five acres will reveal many exotic tropical delights for the eye and palate.

We are located just a short drive (less than a mile) from Kealia beach, perfect for swimming and surfing - The new 10 ft wide 4.3 mile ocean front bike/walk path. Located 1.5 miles to the heart of old town Kapaa, with its huge selection of restaurants markets, and shops.
