  The owners were very accommodating and courteous throughout the whole process. They were very professional and timely with all the information needed for our holiday rental. The location of the condo itself is fantastic. Really close to the pool and entrance/exit to the property. We visited the pool everyday and there were lots of loungers and plenty of room for everyone. The pool was really warm and enjoyed by our whole family. The condo was about 20 minutes from most of the major attractions. There was also lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We did cook quite a bit in the unit which was also nice to be able to do. We really enjoyed our stay and have already planned a return visit next year. Thanks Andrea and Alan! xx

  Myself and 6 others, including 3 children, stayed at this property for 2 weeks in August and it was excellent. Firstly the communication between the owners, Alan and Andrea, before and after the holiday was quick and helpful. When we arrived, our apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you needed for a self catering holiday. The pool area was brilliant for having a break from the parks, kids loved the lazy river,slides and kids club whilst the adults enjoyed the poolside bar, restaurant and BBQ also with evening entertainment on some nights. Regal palms is in a good location from the parks like Disney and Universal studios, with about 30-40min drive. Also within walking distance are a few restaurants and bars. All in all we loved our stay,would definatley recommend this property and resort and would love to stay again if lucky enough to return to Orlando. Thanks Alan and Andrea.

  First time I ever rent a house for a vacation, I was a little nervous. As soon as we arrived it felt like home. We had almost everything we needed to feel very comfortable. The Disney Parks are less than 20 minutes away and our kids enjoyed the pool very much. Walmart and other Supermarkets are also very close. I do recommend you take your own towels, not enough to my liking. We were also excited to be able to grill but the grill was not very clean. It was not a big deal, I don't like to eat out every day, therefore I was looking forward to grilling but we decided not to. The kitchen supplied us with almost everything needed for other cooking options. It worked out well at the end because we were out of the house most of our vacation. I would definitely consider booking another vacation at this property for our next vacation. The owner replied to every question I had in a prompt manner. I was very pleased with our communication, would definitely do it again. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

  This townhouse was perfect for our time in Orlando! We had plenty of room and found everything that we needed! We loved the mattresses in this house! It was a bless to have a good sleep after spending the whole days in the parks!! Mails, reservation, payment, check in and check out, went smoothly and uncomplicated!

  Highly recommended. Property was clean and well maintained, the resort was excellent with all the amenities and facilities you could use on holiday. Good customer service and communication from the owners before and after our stay. Look forward to returning as soon as we can.

  The description of the property was accurate. The condo was clean with a great layout. We travelled with out in-laws so the room downstairs was perfect. It was just the right amount of separation. Booking and all correspondence was easy and painless. We would definitely recommend this property to others. It is a great distance to Disney and all the attractions. Shopping is close by. We have a 7 and 4 year old and the pool was perfect for their age range. The only thing I would change was not being able to bring water bottles or canisters to the pool area.

  We have stayed in Orlando the past 6 years, and 1 other time at Regal Palms. This condo was definitely the best maintained, and had more amenities than others. In particular, while the towels were not "new", this is the first time we actually had enough. Great experience and we would definitely stay again.

  Hi, I had been to Florida four times previous to this holiday, but by far this accomodation was the best, all in one place, everything was on site that was needed, food, drink, swimming pool and the Disney parks close by, I WILL definitely be back with my family!
