Our condo is located on the 16th floor with Living Room/Family room and master bedroom having spectacular views of the ocean with floor to ceiling windows. Both room have access to the balcony. All rooms in our luxurious condo been professionally decorated. We have a 47" HDTV in Family Room and 40" Sony HDTV in our Master Bedroom Both other bedrooms have HDTV/DVDs. Large balcony directly off of family room & Master Bedroom with table & chairs. We are offering Free Beach chair service to all of our 2012 renters.
Palazzo Resort is a gated community with additional security. Parking is located on the first 4 floors with easy, high-speed elevator access to the condo.
Palazzo Resort is the newest vacation rental condominium on Panama City Beach. It is located on the desirable west side of Panama City Beach with elevated tropical Gulf-front pool and spa, a full fitness center and meeting room. We also have high speed internet inside the condo.
Winn Dixie & CVS are located across the street from Palazzo. Other restaurants & shopping within walking distance. The newest shopping & entertainment complex to Panama City Beach - Pier Park is only 1 mile East of Palazzo.

Why the Owner Chose Palazzo
It's a convenient location. It's only 1 mile from the new Pier Park entertainment/shopping center. This shopping complex has tons of restaurants, Dillards, Target, Spa, Movie Theatre and free concerts at their amphitheatre in the summer. Also Palazzo has Boars Head steakhouse across the street and a Winn Dixie right there too. You dont have to go far to get a great meal, free beach chair service or a spectacular sunset. You decide.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I love the free beach chair service. There is an organized sandcastle making event for the kids on Fridays and arts and crafts for them another day of the week. There is parasailing right off of the beach. So much to do. A full gym w/tv screens on all of the treadmills with floor to ceiling view of the gulf and pool below. Wireless internet is available in the lobby and high speed wireless internet in our condo. You won't miss a thing while you are here!
An established steak and seafood restaurant well worth dining at during your stay. Deep fried lobster and meals fit for a King. You can call ahead for a pick-up too!

We absolutely loved your condo. We were worried about the elevator situation that so many condos have, but we never had to wait! Your condo is gorgeous, and most comfortable. One of our favorite things was the kitchen and all of the cooking utensils because we are a family that cooks. We look forward to staying again in your condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at your condo. We were able to take our adult children and new grandchild and we all fit very comfortably in the unit. All the bedrooms and baths were lovely and afforded complete privacy. The pool and fitness center were very enjoyable. We liked that the complex wasn't so huge you were stepping over other guests or waiting on elevators. We plan to stay here again someday.

We had a great vacation and really enjoyed your beautiful condo. It looked exactly like the pictures we had seen on the website. We were a little concerned about being on the 16th floor, but after the first day were used to it and, in fact, really enjoyed it. We could see dolphins playing just about anytime we looked out (& stingrays early in the morning). We had excellent weather every day. Having the beach chairs was also nice. Thanks Alexia!!!
