My family and I visited Melbourne Beach in July and rented this condo while visiting family close by. The condo was clean and well stocked, it had everything we needed for the week. The kids used the sleeper sofa and the bed was very comfy. I had a good nights sleep as well on the queen bed, linens were clean and smelled fresh. Beach access was fantastic, just a few steps from the front door. Most days my family and I were the only one's on the beach, which I consider to be a plus. Parking was an issue the first night we arrived but not a problem after. Stephanie attempted to correct the problem, even at 10:30 pm. They were doing some upgrades and painting the exterior during our stay but the workers were friendly and there were no problems or inconvienences. All in all a great time, will be back when visiting Florida again.

Thank you, Joe, Michelle and Stephanie! My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay. The unit itself was exceptionally clean, cozy and very tastefully decorated. What a perfect location! You are so close to the water that you feel like you are literally right on the beach when your sitting in the living room. Every kitchen utensil you can think of was provided for cooking. Warning: Do not lay in bed unless you plan on going to sleep. The mattress was of high quality and sooo comfortable. The building is not located in a highly populated area of the beach so you feel like you have the beach to yourself. It was really relaxing to listen to the waves crashing at night. We will be coming back to visit soon!

Our family stayed in #7 June 2010 and it was a quaint place. Not fancy or frilly but very comfortable It wasn't difficult to find at night because of the cute lights on the palm trees at the road. The room was the right size for us. My 11yr old son said the pull out was comfortable and I loved our bed. The beach was great and my son loved catching fish. He caught 11 the last day and had other fisherman jealous. :) We had an issue but called and it was immediately taken care of. I was very happy with our stay. The best part of the location was all the sea turtles. Our first night we saw at least 10 and that in itself made the vacation. Watching them lay their eggs was amazing. The weather was hot and the pool warm but we had a great time. Orlando was an easy drive too. Bonefish Willy's was a great dining experience with a nice waterfront atmosphere.

We stayed at this property between Christmas and New Years 2009. Although it was during a cold snap, we had a great time fishing and surfing. This property was one of the most clean properties we have stayed in while in Florida. I do hope to go back down to Sandy Shoes in the very near future.
