Welcome to my beautiful vacation home in Mickey's city of Anaheim! Your home away from home! The zip code of the house is 92802…..same as Disneyland! It's practically right down the street!!
My single story ranch style home is a new rental, recently painted, with kitchen renovation and hardwood floors in most of the house, carpeting in the bedrooms, and has been lovingly decorated and set up for you. It is a 4 bedroom, 1 and a half bath home on more than a quarter acre lot with pool, spa and large grassy area for the kids to play. I've tried our my very best to make sure my home is welcoming and comfortable and has everything you will need to make your vacation magical!
Your family will have lots of room to relax with over 2,000 square feet of open and airy living space. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you could need. It sleeps 14+ The Master bedroom with king bed and trundle bed (2 singles) 2nd bedroom has queen bed and bunkbed, 3rd bedroom has full bed and twin bed, last bedroom has bunk bed and single bed. Sofa opens to bed. Crib and baby items available.
The garage is a playroom, it has a pool table, air hockey table, dart board and basketball hoop and plenty of toys and dress up clothes to keep the kids busy on their time away from the parks.
The location is perfect! Close and convenient to everything, yet hidden away in this quiet, safe, family oriented and established neighborhood. It sits on a tree lined street like an old Ozzie and Harriet neighborhood from the 50's. All the neighbors are friendly.
You can walk to the grocery store around the corner and the other shops there or to the park at the end of the street to watch the fireworks. It is one of the best little neighborhoods in Anaheim, yet only 1 mile from Disneyland. The street is ½ block off of the main street leading to Disneyland!
It is so close to Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm, that you could get your hand stamped at the parks and come home during the day and take a dip in the pool, or get lunch, or maybe put the little ones down for a nap and return to the parks later.
There are several restaurants and places to eat within walking distance, and a hundred more (in all price ranges) within a few blocks of easy driving. The new Garden Walk is close as well. If you want to stay close to the house for the evening you could use the backyard BBQ, then take a stroll to the neighborhood park at the end of the street. At 9:30pm, you’ll have a great view of the Disneyland fireworks and the kids will love the swings and slides and other play areas.
It is centrally located, and easy to get to freeways. There is a shopping center within walking distance that has a Food4Less grocery store, a CVS pharmacy, wonderful buffet called Hometown Buffet, great 98 cent store that has a lot of small Disney things, pencil cases, pens and pencils, stickers, books, it changes all the time, Bank of America, Big Lots variety store, Kmart with lots of Disney items, Nickel, Nickel (kids arcade), and a new Walgreens pharmacy.

Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, Angel Stadium, Knott’s Berry Farm, Honda Center (official home of the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, also check events calendar for dates you will be in town), Medieval Times, House of Blues, The Crystal Cathedral (The Hour of Power is filmed there weekly!), The Grove, and local houses of worship of almost all denominations.
Within ½ hour:
Huntington Beach (home of surfing championships) and other beautiful beach areas, Long Beach Aquarium, Ports of Call, Davey’s Locker Sports-fishing, Tiger Woods Learning Center and several other golf courses, several performing arts centers, Laguna Beach Pageant of the Masters, The Comedy Club,

Universal Studios, Getty Museum, Downtown Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Hollywood, Los Angeles Dodger Stadium, Staples Center (Lakers games and concert events), Catalina Island ferry, Huntington Library, Balboa Island. UCLA, USC, AAA Speedway (formerly known as California Speedway), Griffith Park Observatory, ABC, NBC and CBS Studios, Outlet malls
Within 1 ½ to 2 hours:
Wine Tasting in Temecula, Big Bear lake resort area (skiing in winter), San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Legoland, Indian gaming casinos, Palm Springs (shopping, golfing, and the aerial tramway), more outlet malls- including some high end, cross the border into Mexico (but only if you have a passport!)
Let us know where you want to go and we will help you with directions! Southern California is a unique location where you can drive an hour to the ski resorts and ski all morning and drive back and be on the beach in the afternoon. ONLY IN CALIFORNIA!!! GOTTA LOVE IT!!!

Why the Owner Chose Anaheim
I choose this location because it is close to Disneyland, the happiest place on earth!! And of course, everyone loves to go see Mickey!! It is in a safe, quiet, family neighborhood where my kids grew up so I know the area and the neighbors! It dead ends at a park so there is no thru-traffic.
The Unique Benefits at this House
It is a spacious, remodeled home that is very comfortable and homey. You can see the fireworks from the house! The backyard is over a quarter acre and is private and peaceful. It is such a joy to sit outside in the beautiful California weather! Whether you are in the hot tub or heated pool gazing at the stars at night or laying out in the daytime sun catching some rays, it is always relaxing and a wonderful place for your vacation.

Hi Wyndie Your "hobbit house" as our family fondly called it, worked out wonderfully for us. We had space, entertainment, comfort and best of all, the ability to just hang out together. Our out of state members with babies found the pack and plays and they were able to give them naps, visited friends at a central location and relaxed.
