This is not your usual rental home, it is our personal residence and is available for long term rental in the summer and winter when we are at our vacation home in Park City Utah.
This executive property is 3,500 square feet and is located on a 5 ½ acre estate lot within walking distance of Lake Petit, the Fitness Center, the Tennis Center and the village.
The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths which include two master baths. There are two fireplaces, one is see through which serves both the master bedroom and the living room and the other is in the family room. Both are switched remotely.
It is an open floor plan with a formal dining room, master bedroom which incorporates a library and sitting room, a 65 x 12 screened in porch and a pool room with a professional pool table. There is also a baby grand piano and full house stereo system for those who might be musically inclined.
Our Koi pond will keep you entranced for hours each day if you let it and our art collection is without comparison.
The house is 5 years old and is in immaculate condition. It is beautifully landscaped and maintained by a landscaping company. There is an office with DSL, and fax, a family room with another fireplace.
This is not your usual rental and we will rent for a minimum of one month and only to people who will care for the house as if it were their own. |
