I am a retired business consultant. My wife and I are active outdoors people. We have 4 grown children and 7 grandchildren. Our home in Midway is unique in many respects not the least of which is the art collection. As an owner in two art galleries, our personal collection is an ecclectic mixture of fine art and sculpture which is representative of our galleries in Park City and Atlanta. Our vacation home is in Midway UT (VRBO# 145723) and we alternate three months stays at each residence.
Why the Owner Chose Big Canoe
After living for 25 years in Atlanta we built this home in 2003 to escape the humidity and traffic of the city. Big Canoe is an oasis of tranquility set 65 miles northof Atlanta. Our home is at an elevation of 3000+ feet so the cool mountain breezes are consistant. We are walking distance from the village and 7 minutes from the gate so although we are private the home has easy access to all the emenities.
