Sunshine Shores has 32 privately owned units, filled with friendly neighborly couples. This is a small quiet complex located at the east end of Panama City Beach. There is a public boardwalk to the beach just across a residential street. There are many things to enjoy in Panama City Beach in addition to the beautiful beaches and water. We are located near many fine restaurants and there are plenty of family oriented activities located nearby.

Sunshine Shores Unit 11 rents for $100 per night or $650 per week from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend (off season rates vary). Located on the ground floor the unit is approximately 350 square feet with a combination living room/kitchen area, a separate bedroom and bathroom with a shower. Perfect for a couple but will accommodate up to 4 people (occupancy violations will result in forfeiture of payment and immediate eviction). It is the responsibility of each guest to CLEAN the unit upon departure. Cleaning supplies are provided.

A $100 dollar deposit is required at the time of reservation. Deposits will be refunded when unit key is returned and verification of cleanliness has occurred. Please allow 21 days for cancellations or forfeit the deposit.

NO PETS allowed and NO SMOKING inside the unit, NO EXCEPTIONS.

This unit is for family rentals only. We will NOT rent to vacationing students or young adults. Reservations made under false pretenses will result in forfeiture of entire rental payment and immediate eviction.

**Long term rental available during the winter months for retired couples wishing to get away from the harsh northern winters to relax in a milder environment.**
