A well-equipped kitchen to include extra refrigerated drawers, ice maker and 2 dishwashers, fireplace, stereo system, 7 TV's to include a 42" HD TV, charcoal grill, 9-10 foot ceilings throughout, 2 laundry rooms, 1100 square feet of covered decks, wireless internet throughout, spacious rooms, professional decoration, and 4 bedrooms with direct access to covered decks make this house perfect for a special week at the beach. Relax around the 28' X 14' pool with outside covered eating area, wet bar, and enclosed storage. The pool can be heated upon request. Beach chairs are available for use at the beach.
The house, to include a picture, was included in the September 2008 issue of "Southern Living". The beach access through the State Preserve is approximately 100 yards from the house.
Parking is available for 6+ cars. An elevator is available upon request ($500 deposit required). Rental is Saturday to Saturday.

Our family is always eager to our annual vacation transistion from city life to the luxurious tranquil oasis experience of Grayton Orange. Whether it is lounging in the spacious family area or sleeping in the plush bedrooms, sitting on the expansive porches enjoying the sunsets, or having the time of your life at the "best beaches in the world", our family regrets the leave but we leave refreshed and waiting for our next visit. Graytron Orange offers us the beach but one can escape to a spacious pool with all the amenities for visiting and eating at poolside. The seamless blend of luxury and the casualness of seaside escapes are all at Grayton Beach. A must do for our family.

Having vacationed in Grayton Beach since 1995, the Swift family and friends have made Grayton Orange our preferred annual beach home since construction was completed in 2002. Grayton Orange is superb in terms of location to the beach and area restaurants, amenities, pool, laundry, size, style, well-equipped kitchen, room for family fun, maintenance and general upkeep. Jack and Trish Mills maintain their beach house to the highest standards. We plan to continue our annual summer vacation at Grayton Orange.
