The home is a custom built 3,000 square foot log home that can sleep up to 12 adults in 3 KING SIZED BEDS (in three separate bedrooms) and 4 EXTRA LONG TWIN BEDS (in the loft area) and a Queen Futon also in the master bedroom if necessary. The house is hence a three bedroom two and a half bath home with a total of four sinks (two in each bathroom), three toilets (two in one bathroom and one in the master bathroom) a separate jacuzzi and shower in the master bathroom and a tub/shower in the other.

The home has a wonderful and very large deck on three of the four sides of the home. There is wi-fi for internet access and two of the three bedrooms have TV's with DVD's/200 channels of satellite TV. Please visit my website listed below for more information. It is very conveniently located to FCA airport, 10 minutes to downtown Whitefish, 15 minutes to downtown Kalispell, 30 minutes to Whitefish Mnt Ski Area and 40 minutes to Glacier National Park.

The home is surrounded by 20 acres of forested land and you will be just across the street from about 1,000 acres of state owned wilderness. What this means to you and your family and friends is TOTAL PRIVACY! In the summer you are within 40 minutes of Glacier National Park, 10 minutes to Big Mnt Golf Course, 20 to Whitfish Golf Courses and on and on. You can walk or mountain bike for miles right from the front door. There is just so much to do in the area!

Why the Owner Chose Whitefish

The property is amazingly located in that it is central to both Whitefish and Kalispell, easily accessable to the airport and most importantly is completely tranquil in its location in the woods. It sits at the back of a 10 acre lot and has another 20 acres of raw land to the North of it and has over 1,800 acres of State owned land on the other side of the dirt road at the end of the driveway. Everything is so close yet you feel completely isolated and hence completely relaxed when you are on this property.

This is a custom built Eureka Log Home - which is headquartered to the North of Whitefish in Eureka Montana. The home has a fantastic open floor plan where families can reunite with one another. That is the intention of this log home - to bring people together for a special experience. It feels like you are in an open lodge because the ceilings are vaulted to 30 feet in the air and when you wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee with ten deer sitting in the front lawn or a group of wild turkeys - there is nothing like it.

I started my career in a Venture Capital firm and created a Real Estate Investment Company at the age of 23 to take advantage of the Savings and Loan Crisis and here we are again! I have lived out of the country in places like Africa and Brazil and have spent a lot of time traveling all over the world. I grew up in Darien Connecticut and used to live in San Francisco and now reside near the beach here in Los Angeles. Presently I design and build homes (I am a licensed General Contractor)as well as act as a licensed RE Broker transacting residential properties and raw land. As seen here I am also a LA County Ocean Lifeguard.
