The location at West Ave & 16th St is ideal. Just one block south of Lincoln Road, the core of South Beach. Lincoln Road is the pedestrian center of South Beach, lined with lively cafes, stellar restaurants and fabulous boutique shopping. Definitely the place to see and be seen!
If the beach is calling, it's only a 15-minute stroll past trendy boutiques and cool art-deco buildings to white sands and turquoise waters. And if you just can't tear yourself away from Fontana103, you may want to take a dip in the serene swimming pool, edged in blue sea-glass, located right outside your door.
If you are traveling with children, please read our website carefully, particularly, the special notice to families. Sorry, we cannot accept pets. And yes, we have a 4-night minimum stay, required by our building.

Miami Beach is an exciting International destination full of glamour and fun ! The white sand beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world. We are tired of the cold grey weeks in New York City and hope in the not too distant future to live in Miami Beach. In the meantime, it is our occasional escape...and owning a little piece of it feels divine !
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We fell in love with our apartment because when you look out of the glass wall that faces the inner courtyard, our view is all pool ! The tranquil aqua water just makes me think of summer and decadence and leisure. I can sit on the sofa all day and gaze at the pool and feel like I'm at a posh resort !
Also the master bath is sublime and enormous !

My husband and I stayed at this condo for six days in late January. We were very pleasantly surprised by how nicely outfitted it was (including a terrific kitchen), how spacious it was, and what a terrific location it's in. There are many many options for walking/sightseeing, including museums, residential neighborhoods, and beachfront hotels. Good grocery store nearby, also lots of restaurant options. Don't miss the walking tour offered by the preservation league. The owner and the property manager were both very prompt and responsive, although when you stay in here, you're not likely to have any concerns that they need to address. Very nice place!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+.
