Relax, unwind and renew. Gorgeous large spacious, east end condo on the 17th floor with wrap around deck and unbelievable panoramic view of the gulf!!
The condo is professionally decorated with new carpet and paint through out and very comfortable. Spacious fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and bar that sits 4. Dining area with large table that sits six. Dining spaces for 10 people. Living room hosts a new sleeper sofa and 32' Flat Screen TV/DVD player with Ten foot ceilings with two walls of glass (Georgeous Views) with custom drapes. Fun tropical colors. Three bedrooms plus bunks, unit sleeps up to 10 guests. Two Master suites, First one hosts a king size bed,, 32' Flat Screen TV/DVD player with private full bath with his and hers vanities and picture window of the gulf. Second suite hosts a queen size bed TV, private bath with spacious vanity top and picture window of the gulf. Third bedroom host a queen size bed, TV and access to shared bathroom. Bunk area has two twin size beds seperated in a area to provide privacy and has access to third bathroom. Washer and Dryer in unit. Graco Pack n Play available in unit.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and game stick for the kids. I also provide 10 beach towels and beach toys. The only thing you need to bring is clothes and food.
4 TV's, High Speed wireless internet and DVD players.
Beach Service included in rent. Two chairs and one umbrella set up each day for you at the beach.
Activities (on-site and nearby): Tidewater Beach Resort is located on 636 feet of beautiful white sand gulf beaches. A first class resort with 23 floors featuring an impressive array of amenities. Three pools, one indoor heated and two huge 4,000 sq feet lagoon pools with tiki bars outside, two hot tubs. Large totally outfitted workout facility with 'health bar' and seperate men's and women dressing rooms with showers, saunas and steam rooms. game room, convience store. 5000 sq ft conference center, movie/meida center.
Parking garage with walkway over the street and 24 hour on site security.
Tidewater is conveniently located within 1/4 mile (walking distance) to Pier Park Shopping Village. Featuring fantastick restaurants and great shopping. Restaurants include Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Panera Bread, Back Porch Seafood House, Buffalo's and many others. Stores include Target, Starbucks, Dilliard's, Old Navy, JC Penney, and many more. Also featured is a 16 screen Cinema complex.

This condo had the most phenomenal view of the beach! It is very brightly decorated and was very comfortable. We spent the majority of our time on the balcony while we were there. You can just see so much from the balcony even ocean life swimming around!! We will definitely be back!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed here in June of 2010. We had 3 adults and several kids. It was just as it is described and provided plenty of room for all of us. The wrap around porch was an awesome. The condo was clean and comfortable. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Condo was exactly like photographs. Very beautiful, very spacious, very clean and well maintained. Loved the wrap around deck. Very close to Pier Park, and various restaurants. I would certainly recommend this property to my friends and family.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.
