Crystal Shores is one of the newer condominium complexes sitting directly on the white sand beaches of Gulf Shores. Complete with an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, work-out room with TV’s allowing you to overlook both the beach and the pool! The game room is equipped with pool and foosball tables for your enjoyment off the beach. WIFI Internet is free and available throughout the complex along with beach umbrellas and chairs which are available for rental (except winter) as well. Charcoal grills are available for our guests use as well.
This unit has just been updated, upgraded and up-scaled from top to bottom! We have elected to appoint our unit very comfortably for 4 adults (1 King and 1 Queen bed) with the ability to accommodate 6 via the queen sleeper sofa. You will find Vera Wang bedding in both bedrooms along with new “Ecowood” tile floors. There is a 43” Plasma with TV with upgraded HD digital cable service and BluRay player to enhance your off beach entertainment experience alongside the new granite top tables and 2 recliners. The dining room set is new as well with leather chairs and an alligator glass topped table. The kitchen is fully stocked with granite counters and backsplash. The in unit laundry room features a full size washer and dryer.
Our unit has been furnished with a rich mixture of colors, textures, with original art work throughout. The well-appointed living and dining rooms boast style, function, and comfort. One thing you must experience in person however is the sunsets from this corner unit as they do not readily translate into either pictures or words…. If you are the type of person who appreciates the difference between lamps in the bathroom versus nightlights in an outlet, this is the unit for you!
Crystal Shores 307 is a Mountain2Beach Premiere Property featuring upgraded linens, towels and toiletries.
Parking pass are required upon arrival. $12.50 per vehicle and an 11% county tax is additional and applies to the cleaning fee ($115 ) as well as rental.

Why the Owner Chose Crystal Shores
Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are beautiful communities to vacation at and I had been coming since the early 80's. Crystal Shore is one of the premier properties being the right size for us and located within walking distance to a number of places to hang out.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Beautiful beaches are literally less than 1 minute away from our unit but why we picked this unit was the view from this corner unit. No way to describe it short of breathtaking!

I purchased this property with my soul mate. Sadly it turns out she did not want to be my soul mate so now I've got a truly beautiful property that I may not be visiting as much anymore. Funny how life can turn upside down so very quickly. For now I'm up in the Chicago area so using a local property management company to provide the local care and support you should be receiving as a vacation renter. Only time will tell what will become of me but for now please enjoy this beautiful property as she has impeccable taste......
