Enjoy an uninterrupted view of the beach as you relax on our bar-height balcony furniture. There are no railings to peer through as you watch the beautiful sunsets. This IS after all, the whole reason you want to stay on the beach.

Our Non-Smoking, two bedroom, two bath condo has 1 king, and 2 double beds. We also have a single rollaway. One bath has a walk in shower. It is conveniently located on the second floor. You can take a quick trip up the stairs if you don't feel like waiting for the elevator. We have onsite concierge service and management to assist you.

Our full-size washer and dryer are available for your use. There is plenty of room to spread out in our 1500 square foot condo. We have a library of books and videos,for use on 3 VCR's and 3 DVD's. Each bedroom, as well as the living room has a color TV. The condominium's pool and hot tub are on the beach. We have beach chairs, towels, and plenty of toys for the beach.
We are conveniently located to Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and all of the attractions nearby.

  • Sept. 2009 We just returned last week from a wonderful week at this condo. I am very picky about hotels,vacation condos and beach houses. I was not disapointed in the cleanliness of this condo, updated furnishings, view, and the beach! It was great to only be one floor up, taking the stairs was very convenient. We have vacationed in Mexico, Gulf Shores, Myrtle Beach, Hawaii,and Ft.Myers. This vacation was one of the best! I would recommend this condo rental to even the pickiest vacationer!   • We rented for a week last August, off season and a bit hot, but it was actually hotter in NJ where we live. Our son lives 1&1/2 hour north of Tampa, and we wanted a true weeks vacation at the beach. It was the perfect place for us. Clean, not crowded, great restaurants and quiet when we needed it to be. Especially liked the large condo, and the door seperating us and two 16 year old boys. We each had a private bath and bedroom. My older son stayed with us for a few nights on the pull out couch. All were comfy. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks for making it so special.

  • I spent a fabulous week at this condo last year with my college age daughter and grad school son. We all had a great time and the condo was perfect, the balcony being the best!!! EVERYTHING you need availabe in the kitchen and plenty of pool and beach stuff, too. I would recommend this condo to anyone, from 2 - 8 people. Also very drivable to many great restaurants and shopping.

  • we just spent a week at your condo. the design is great because you can have privacy within the unit with the bedrooms down the hall from kitchen, living, & dining rooms. we spent time reading on the balcony & it was nice because your furniture allowed us to see the beach & ocean without looking through the bars. we ate at the condo every night, either on the balcony or at the dining room table. most nights we cooked out at the permanent bbq cookers. we didnt fish off of the pier but we enjoyed watching the fisherman every evening. next time we will bring fishing gear as people were having good luck. the unit has great furnishings with plenty of utensils, 3 color tv`s & dvd`s. we cant wait to go back. i highly recommend your place. thanks, jerry & maureen gaughan & family
