Our fully equipped condo, welcomes you at the end of your busy day, offering that home- away- from- home feeling, for you and your family/guests. Our privately owned condo looks out over Lake Delton. We are a corner unit. In the Spring and Summer months you will see, para-sailing, skiing, jet-skiing, pontooning, tubing. Watch the wild-life, from the master suite and living/dining/kitchen areas. In those cold winter months, cuddle around the Fire-place with your favorite book. Go ice-fishing, snowmobiling, ice-skating, snow shoeing, skiing, Cascade Mountain is only minutes away. Swim in our in-door heated pool. Don't forget to check out The Tanger Outlet Mall. "Oh The Joy of Shopping".
P.S. We also, have a later check-out time than most places in the Dells. - Our condo is a 3rd floor unit, but, is level with the parking lot. That's right, no stairs to climb. We have a 6x20' balcony, that gives the gorgeous view of Lake Delton. Sit out there, with that morning cup of coffee, enjoying all the lake has to offer. Hear the splash of the "Wisconsin Ducks" making their way from land to water. The Lake is alive with many water activities. Tommy Bartlett Show and Noah's Ark is with-in walking distance. All attractions are close by.

Why the Owner Chose Wisconsin Dells
We live in Franklin Wisconsin. It is only at the most 2 hours from our home. Its easy to get to. We find it a great place for family re-unions. We are with-in walking distance to most attractions, yet, tucked away from it all. Take in some theme parks, then come back and relax at the pools, (in-side or outside pools, both are heated). Also, maybe you would like to relax on our fully furnished Private balcony, overlooking beautiful Lake Delton.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy sitting on our private balcony watching the Loons, Swans, and Ducks (quack,quack). If we get up early enough, there is a deer family that strolls along the lake-side. There are many activities that take place on the lake during the day. At night the Lake becomes a peaceful piece of water, inviting the Moons Glow.
Enjoy our Private Beach, in a Park-like setting. Gas grills, Fire-pit, Picnic Tables, Everything you'll need for that family fun experience.

Let me tell you a little bit about us. We have been married for 38 years. We love the things the Dells has to offer. In summer of 2007, we decided to buy our Condo. In the spring of 2008, we got notice that our lake washed out. Oh no, what a disaster. It was so depressing for us. Our little grandson of 3yrs. old said "Don't worry Lala and Papa, the lake will be back. Guess what? The little guy was right. Its back and better and cleaner than ever. This is a place our family can gather once again and enjoy the beauty. We have a daughter and son. Our 5th grandchild has arrived. Everyone is doing great:) We have had nothing but fun times together. I'm pleased to be able to share this information with you. I know you will enjoy your stay.

The property was very clean and spacious--exactly as described. It was a very quiet condo community right on the lake but very close to everything in the Dells. It was so much nicer than staying in a noisy hotel--and even better with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 separate baths! The availability of a washer and dryer in the unit was very nice, although we had no need for it. Everything was great! Our only frustration was the inability to access WiFi. I forgot to inquire about an access code before arriving, and there were no instructions in the unit for this. Also, our cell phones could only do texting....not enough "bars" for a phone call (friends warned us of poor cell phone reception). There is a landline in the unit; however, there is no way to call the owners from that phone since it requires a long distance access code. It would have been nice to have that landline number before arriving, so we could have left it with our older kids who stayed back at home (as an emergency contact). With the WiFi we had hoped to Google a lot of the activities/info on our laptop but ended up just venturing out. In the long run, it was a good thing, as my husband and son needed the time to "disconnect" from all the technology. (However, on the second day we realized that McDonald's had free WiFi.....so they got their "fix" there.) It was a very nice home-away-from-home that we would definitely recommend.

We do seem to have a problem with the cell phones, I'am told bad reception is due to the Cliffs and Valleys. By going outside, we have had better luck. What a great place to stay! We loved the fact that the condo was quiet & peaceful but so close to all the attractions. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony & looking out over the lake as well as taking the kids down to the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for in a place to stay. Condo was clean,spacious & well maintained. Would definitely recommend to others. Thanks so much Jeff & Doreen.

We had a great time! The room was nice and clean and the pools were great too!! We had a wonderful time here all week long. It really felt like a home away from home.
