This cottage is located in Kill Devil Hills at the 9 1/2 mile post. We are conveniently located to shopping, the Wright Brothers Memorial, and many fun local attractions. Grocery and drug store are right across the street!
Cottage sleeps 5 people with all linens included. Renters have full use of the laundry room located on site. TV's located in the living room as well as the master bedroom. DVD player and surround sound also included.
This cottage is rented Sat-Sat. Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 10:00am There are no cleaning fees as cleaning is taken care of by the owner.

Why the Owner Chose Kill Devil Hills
Actually, my father and I owned the cottage together for many years and when he passed away he left it to me. Since 1999 I have been making improvements to the property and just recently completely enclosed the first level and this is what you see in the pics. I added a fense in the back yard and completely changed the exterior. I wish I had the before pics handy. It is such a cute place.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
I love going to my beach house because it is the ultimate place to relax. It is not on a busy street so it is quiet and with the ocean right across the street, I can walk right from my back driveway and be on the sand in about 3 minutes. There are several great restaurants within walking distance too. The Kill Devil Grill is one block, Mama Quans is a few blocks and if you are bringing children it is nice to have the lifeguard stationed right there too. Some sections of the OBX beaches do not have life guards.
