Restaurants, shopping, art galleries, ice cream shops, beach, parks are all just a block away. Inside you'll find 4 freshly painted and carpeted bedrooms. One full bath on the first floor and newly added full bath upstairs. A large fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with French doors leading out to the flagstone patio. Enjoy dining el fresco on the large shaded patio set or kick back with a book on the lounger chairs in a very private backyard. The living room looks out onto third street and you can watch the town's summer bustle through the large picture window or enjoy cocktails on the front terrace. Everything else is a short drive or bike ride.

$300 deposit $95 cleaning charge.
Deposit and half of rent is due at booking. Balance is due 2 weeks before arrival.
