    We last visited back in 2008, so when we decided to go on another trip in 2012 there was only one place we wanted to book. Anne is very helpful in all aspects, from our enquiry to the final booking. The villa is lovely, very nicely decorated and has everything you need. Located 2mins from Walmart and 5mins from a Publix, both have well stocked liquor departments :>) All the parks are withing a reasonable driving distance (20 - 30 mins) We would and have recommended this Villa and look forward to our next visit.

    The house is big, very well decorated. Everything is brand new and working perfectly. All rooms are very confortable and large. TV Internet works great. Kitchen very well equiped. The heated pool/spa is something great for the evening after the whole day walking trought the parks. If you like BBQ, it is just aside!

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

    Just back from a 10 day stay at Mickey's Villa. We loved the house- it was spacious and comfortable and we were delighted to see all the holiday decorations (both inside and out) left up for us weeks past the holidays! The pool was lovely and warm; we swam every day, and enjoyed the hot tub in the morning and night. The computer and internet access was convenient, and there were great movies to watch. Everyone we dealt with was accomodating, pleasant and professional. The location was ideal for us- only a short drive to Disney, and also convenient to Cape Kennedy and the Gulf Coast. We would love to come back!

    We just got back to New York after staying in your Villa for a week. Anne, your Villa is the most relaxing personal place anyone would love to stay at. Your communication before our trip was great. The property managers Rebecca and Paul were so helpful and friendly and so prompt on any of our questions. We had 5 Adults and 4 Children and everyone had their own room and the decor was awesome all decorated around Walt Disney World. We really hated to come back home because the Villa is so beautiful. We will definitely return to your Villa Anne. Thanks You so much again and everyone should book their vacations at this Villa. The Villa is close to everything and anything you need. Parks are only 20 minutes away and you travel on highways which are right around the corner of the Villa.

    My family had a wonderful time in the Mickey Villa. I chose this home, because of the mickey appeal and all that was offered within this home. The property management was great and helpful. We left items in the dryer, and he mailed out a package that day. Thanks again for an awesome stay. The property was very clean and so was the pool. The temperature in the pool and the jacuzzi was perfect. There was enough room for all 10 of us, and could have slept more. The location was good. There was a Walmart around the corner. Disney parks about 23 minutes away. I would and have already recommended to friends. I posted pictures on my facebook, and had everyone asking about it. Thanks again Anne for a disney of a vacation.     We absolutely loved this home! It truly does have everything you could ever need, and it is all in the shape of Mickey Mouse (even the cutting board) which happens to be my son's favorite! The house was very cozy and inviting. We had 5 adults and 2 small children and still had an extra bedroom! The pool was gorgeous and very well kept. Also they provided information packets and phone numbers to a lot of entertainment/restaurants near the home and everything was relatively close! We will definitely be booking this house for next years Disney trip :)

    My family and I, a total of 6 adults and 3 children, stayed at this villa for a period of 10 days, October 27 through November 5, 2009. We were extremely happy with the villa. The villa is beautiful, everything we needed was provided, it was fresh and clean, and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this villa to anyone considering renting for a vacation.

    We stayed at the villa from the 28/06/09 for 14 days. The villa is in a wonderful location,surrounded by beautiful peaceful setting and ideal location. The villa itself is beautiful adn well presented the mickey theme added fun to our holiday (the first time we where at florida). we would highly recommend this villa to family, friends and all. it has everything you need and more to provide a relaxing holiday, the owners have thought of everything believe me. thre poolside was relaxing and the kids found it so much fun, especially ay night. we will be going back if Mr AND Mrs McCabe will accept the booking for 2011!!!! thank you very much

    Outstanding villa with everything you could possibly wish for - faultless. Children adored the Disney theme throughout & we all loved having our own pool. Villa was spotless & well maintained, Danny was very helpful throughout our stay. Would be happy to recommend to both family/friends & would have no hesitation in booking again. Location excellent close to plenty of shops & places to eat. Beautiful sunsets & the Gator was an attraction for the kids.

    We stayed at this lovely villa in July 09 and were very happy with our stay. The property managers were very friendly and helpful in answering any of our queries. The addition of the pool lights was very nice many evenings. There were restaurants and shopping in close proximity which was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

    Every Disney decoration made us feel like we were in a top rate resort and never let us forget the magic of our vacation. The accessiblity and professionalism of the owners as well as the property managers made our trip complete. The alligator was a highlight for the kids as was the pool. We are jealous of those who are beginning their vacation and cannot wait to return!

    The villa was easy to get to from the airport, its beauifuly decorated, clean, we couldnt have wish for a better holiday home, the pool was excellent, and the rest of the facility were too, We saw the alligator in the lake and got some good pic of him, the villa is located 30 mins from disney land,shops ect, and there were plenty of different resturants to eat out in, it only rain a little, for the first two days of our stay, and after a day out in the heat, the air conditioning was most welcome, Highly recomended.

    We had the most fantastic holiday ever and the luxury of your villa made it even more so! We found location to be perfect - a 20 minute drive was ideal, not too close yet close enough! The quality of the furnishing was great and our children loved the themed bedrooms and the Disney theme throughout the villa. Communication was great whilst booking and during our holiday. I would recommend the use of this villa to another family and we hope to return ourselves!

    Holiday 22nd Dec 08 to 6th Jan 09only just found this "email a comment" and just had to !We had a fantastic time , christmas in the sun and a traditional roast turkey lunch- the children and the adults totally loved it.The Mickey & Minnie theme throughout the villa is great, and it had everything we needed for a perfect holiday.The Lewis family will be back.

    The villa was beatifully decorated and most definitely a home away from home. The villa is perfectly located far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Disney but still close enough to enjoy the theme parks. Calabay Park at Tower Lake is a lovely gated community nice and quiet and with a great deal of privacy. The owners and management team were a pleasure to deal with and ensured that our stay was a most memorable one. It was easy to book and was defintely great value for money. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone planning to visit Disney and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. I will definitely be booking again for any future Orlando visits. There are also some great restaurants nearby that are not as pricey as some of those around Disney and Kissimee.The Gregory and Horrocks Family

    Our booking went extremely smoothly and was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. We were given clear directions and information for our arrival & stay at the villa. After our long journey we were very pleased to find our accomodation to be everything we hoped; nice location, clean, comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed. With plenty of places to shop and eat just up the road, and easy routes to all the sights at Orlando, it made for a wonderful holiday.

    The villa is exactly as described. Large and spacious enough for our 2 families. It is well furnished and the kids loved the themed bedrooms. It is in a good location, although Disney is 30 minutes away but easily accesible from the I4. Would definitely recommend a stay here. The owner and agents are very helpful.

    We had two fantastic weeks in an excellent villa. the property is first class and very comfortable. Having the pool heated really made the difference and we had some fantastic evenings. The location is really good for supermarkets and there is easy access to the I4, the 192 and all of the attractions. Will definitely return! Alun Jones

    We just returned from our stay at The Lakeview and it's hard to believe the vacation went so quickly! The house is beautiful and it's in a perfect spot - exactly as depicted! We couldn't have chosen a better place for our stay! The 9 of us are headed back to work and school today, but we have some wonderful memories of our stay at the Lakeview Villa!! We'd all love to return and do it again!!

    We are to families with children that rented this beautiful villa for two weeks this spring. Right from our first contact with the owner,everything has been very professional managed.
