This was our second stay at this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. It's a nice quiet corner unit in great condition with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Convenient underground parking, laundry facility on same floor, nice pool and hot tubs, private ski locker on ground floor, new ice rink out the front door, several restaurants 50 to 100 yards walk. Good value, highly recommended.

We had 6 people in our party and this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo accommodated us very nicely. The view from the patio overlooked the pool and jacuzzi area as well as the ski runs....very nice!! The lobby, pool area and even the heated garage were always clean. It was a short walk to the gondola, shops and restaurants. The pictures and information posted on VRBO represents the condo accurately. The owner, Linda answered all of my questions and returned my emails very quickly. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay right in the center of River Run Villiage.

I highly recommend staying at this condo! This well appointed 2 bed / 2 bath provides a comfortable place to stay right in the middle of the Keystone village! It's steps away from numerous restaurants and shops. The condo has a balcony that overlooks the outdoor heated pool and jacuzzis, as well as provides a great view of the ski runs! Other notable features include a heated parking garage, flat screen tv's in each bedroom, and a gas fireplace that warms up the whole condo! The kitchen is well appointed too for those who like to eat in. I found the price to be excellent compared to other options in Keystone Village and the surrounding towns.

I could write an entire book about how utterly wonderful this condo is or how lovely Linda was to work with. This apartment actually made our trip an even better vacation experience. Would 100% recommend staying here. Owners: Very quick to respond when asking general questions/booking, polite, easy to work with, helpful and fair. In fact, when we had a question to ask from the condo, they got back to us within a couple hours. Gave us an active duty military discount, thank you! Condo: Was even bigger than we expected. They're not kidding it's larger than other units. Lots of space for everyone, even our two little ones. Linda even had kids' games (legos, baby toys, Elmo set), a pack-n-play and booster chair. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 3 meals a day, for 7 days. More gadgets than my own kitchen at home! Sofa and chairs very comfortable, decor a notch up from other rental units and I thought the comforter in the guest room was so plush that I actually looked at the label to order one for myself. Now that was unexpected! Nice that there's 2 full bathrooms. You can tell how thoughtful the owners are about the little things, it really feels like someone's home and not just a rental. Dakota Lodge: Has its own heated pool and two hot tubs (with towels to use), sauna, ski storage, lobby. Parking super easy and heated in basement and has carts to move your luggage back and forth. Love that there is a playground right outside the front door (as well as mini golf.) It was important for us to have this feature, as well you know if you have little ones and need to burn 20 min of time here and there. About a 5-10 minute walk to gondolas. River Run: We had done alot of research about the various villages in the resort and had a hard time deciding between them all. In the end, thrilled we chose River Run. It's modern, has various shops/restaurants, mini grocery store, a kids' area, medical facility, close to lifts, walking/bike trails, and seems to be the village that other neighborhoods filter into. In other words, we would have come here everyday anyway, so save yourself a trip and just stay here. We slept each night with our windows open, and had no issues with it being too loud. Keystone Resort: Our favorite ski area/summer destination in the state. Staff is friendly and down to earth, prices are lower than other resort areas, plenty for everyone's interests and it's just plain beautiful. Heaven on earth

I stayed at this condo for a week in early August, 2011. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend it. The owner was very helpful during the rental process. Here are the positives and (just a few) negatives: Positives - Great location in heart of River Run Close to Starbucks, little grocery store, ski and bike shops, good restaurants, kids play area Not too far from ski lift, but certainly not ski in/out Corner condo, quiet when we were there Nice pool and two hot tubs Good size for 4 people; maybe 5 or 6 with creative sleeping arrangements Very Nice, Big TV, but hard to figure out cable operation Great internet wifi, worked the first time, and no issues at all Kitchen was spacious and very nice and functional Very large kitchen table. Unit was very clean and well maintained overall Parking garage is fine, with the world's fastest opening garage door It is an easy 5-mile drive to Keystone/Silverthorne, with a large grocery store, movie theater, restaurants, and very nice outlet mall shops. Negatives - The patio is very small, maybe 3 ft wide by 8 ft long. If you a person of some girth, fuhgetaboutit. The master bedroom has an eastern exposure, so you will get early morning sun. There can be a wait for the elevators when the place is busy. There are stairs right outside this unit for a shortcut up or down. Finally, I looked at about 50 condos to rent in Keystone. This condo was the best quality and location for the price that I could find in Keystone. It rates very high on value for your money. Enjoy.

We have stayed at this condo three times. Each time the condo has been clean and cozy and has had everything we needed. The owners have been quick to respond when needed. This place has a great location! We can see the mountians and the pool. It is a perfect fit for our family of five. We will certainly stay here again!

We have stayed in many condos in the Keystone River Run Village and found this to be the best value so far!!!! The condo is exactly as pictured and is a corner unit with great views of the mountain!! Our children loved the pool and hot tub. Definately a great choice!!

We recently stayed here at this condo. The pictures are very accurate. The condo is tastefully decorated- nothing fancy but nice. Everything worked well and the beds were firm but comfortable. My children (6 and 18) especially enjoyed the heated pool (which was actually warm) and we enjoyed the hot tubs which also were heated appropriately. The condo is a corner unit with a great view out the dining area to the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was good- about as close as you can get to the Gondola in Keystone- but is still a pretty good walk (about 1/4 mile) when loaded with skis and poles-especially with young children. You are very close to the children's ski school and the adult ski school and steps from the center village at River Run and the small convenience store. There are a couple of condos in Keystone which are true ski in /ski out but they are somewhat more pricey and you have to weigh the cost of an extra $100-$200 per night just to have granite counter tops and not have to walk a little ways to the lift. In all, this condo was a great value in my opinion and we are experienced travelers having stayed at modest to very high end lodgings. There are lots of great activities: the snow fort, ice skating, tubing, skiing. We enjoyed the food at the Kickapoo Tavern and the Dam Brewery in Dillon. The Der Fondue Chessel was a fun experience but a little overpriced in my opinion. Pizza at the Summit House was fantastic. Other negatives: the underground parking spaces are very small and difficult to maneuver a large SUV into. The condo only has one small and very slow elevator. The pool tables are located in another building.

My wife, two daughters (9 & 11), and I traveled from Michigan to Keystone, CO for a ski vacation and stayed in this Dakota unit during the week of Feb 19th. The unit was exactly as advertised - a large, nicely equipped end unit with newer furntiure, carpet, and paint that was a 5 minute walk (in ski boots) to the gondola. It is very close to the River Run restaurants (we tried them all) and Starbucks, but was very quiet. The pool is right below the unit's window and was also clean and very well kept. The enclosed parking is a great bonus. Breckenridge, Copper, and the Loveland Pass (highly recommend) are a short drive away (30 mins or less). This is an excellent rental unit. We would definitely return, and I highly recommend it.

We had the greatest time visiting your condo at River Run! The amenities definitely exceeded our expectations. We hope to visit again sometime. My daughter thought Kidtopia was "so much fun!" She is 4, she took two days of ski lessons and had a lot of fun, but thought the ice skating, the snow fort and the heated pool were the best ever! Thank you for a beautiful condo in a great location! My husband says "Geaux Tigers!" He is an LSU grad. The Sanders Family

We stayed at this condo for 9 nights in December 2010. Everything was great and exactly as described, no surprises... The condo is really nice, well appointed and spacious. Heated pool, hot tub and sauna on site are a great plus. The location is also excellent, very close to the gondola and the heart of River Run village but not on top of pubs/restaurant like other condos in River Run so you can sleep peacefully. Great view of the slopes. Coin operated laundry on the same floor was nice to have. We've rented condos through VRBO in many locations worldwide and this one is up there amongst the best. Linda was extremely helpful and gracious from the first email contact through the follow up after our stay. We definitely plan to stay there again on our next trip to Keystone. Thank you Linda for helping us have a memorable vacation!! Alberto and family from Bermuda

Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with our family! The location was perfect - walking distance to everything in the village and gondola. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, balcony mountain view from morning to night. Everyone from the lift line operators to restaurants were so nice - the snow was incredible - we cant wait to visit again!

We truly enjoyed our weekend up at River Run in Keystone. This condo was very comfortable, well furnished and stocked. The views were great, and we loved the village right outside the doors of the property. We made good use of the two hot tubs and heated pool each night of our stay. The staff of River Run were very helpful, and the owners were as well.

We spent last week in this condo, and it is certainly worth the rate. This unit has great views, and the location was a perfect place to head out on various hikes. The owner and also maintenance were responsive to any inquiries. Dakota has a pool and hot tub right out the door. I've already recommended this condo to friends planning a trip to Keystone.

Linda, your condo is the best we have ever rented. We loved the view from the dining room and we enjoyed the extra space. Our son rented one on the second floor but it was so small we ate all of our meals together in your condo. We had our 11 month old granddaughter and daughter with us in your condo. It worked out beautifully. We moved the Ipod station and pottery vase to baby proof but put them back when we left.

Dear Linda, We enjoyed staying in your condo over New Years. The condo is very nicely furnished and comfortable. We slept great and it was hard to get up and go skiing! Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The condo was very close to the lifts and we were able to com back to the condo for lunch, which saved us money. We will check to see if your condo is available the next time we stay in Keystone. Thanks, Suzette & Carl

This condo is beautiful. I have stayed in other condos in Dakota and this is the nicest two bedroom I have seen. It is extremely spacious, very roomy and very comfortable. We had 5 adults staying over 4 nights and there was plenty of room for all of us. The views are gorgeous and it is in a perfect location...easy walk to the slopes. Great kitchen, well stocked and a big dining area - big table with eight chairs so all could eat sitting at the table. Lots of seating in the living room where we could all be together playing board games that are available in the condo. Bathrooms are big and beautiful. So nicely decorated, too. Can't wait to go back.

Dear Buck and Linda, We enjoyed staying at your condo so much! You've decorated it very tastefully and furnished it so well! We felt so at home and comfortable the whole time. Your kitchen is stocked with every imaginable baking pan, untensil and dishes. I wish my own kitchen had such great pots and pans! The bed (we didn't use the 2nd bedroom) was very comfortable as was all of the furniture. The flat panel T.V. was fun to have, too. We can't wait till the next time we have a chance to stay at your condo again. Thank you for the discount coupon. Regards,

We stayed at Buck & Linda's condo 10/1-10/6 and had a wonderful time...the condo is so cozy and comfortable we hated to leave...the view of the golden trees on the mountain was terrific. My husband played golf at the River course, and we toured all of the towns around...spent time swimming, biking, walking and just lazing around...It was a great trip...I will definitely plan another trip to Dakota Lodge and request this condo.

August 9, 2008 Dear Linda, We had a great vacation in Keystone. Your condo is attractive and comfortable. We wrote in your guest book, but you don't see that often so thought I should tell you. The condo had more than just necessities and made our stay enjoyable. The art was great, too. The Bluegrass and Beer festival started about the time we arrived. We listened to the music Saturday and Sunday from the condo. I'd like to come back and stay in your condo again some time. I will definitely recommend it if I have the opportunity.

Just wanted to let you know that everything went fine with your condo. It was everything you said it was and definitely a cut above the rest, based on the second floor two-bedroom in Dakota that my brother had rented, which was very tired-looking.
