Welcome to comfortable luxury on the newest resort on Panama City Beach! Tidewater Beach Resort is direct beachfront property and our condo is on the 18th floor (#TDW42) overlooking the beautiful emerald green waters and sugary white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
Tidewater is a first class resort featuring an impressive array of amenities. Amenity highlights include direct private Gulf beaches (636 feet), two huge lagoon pools with hot tubs and eventually pool side Tiki bars, a heated indoor pool, children's activities (seasonal), seven high speed elevators, a fitness center (4300 square feet) with health bar and Roman Spa, a conference center (5000 square feet), movie/media/game center, and a gift shop soon.
As they say, location is everything! Not only is Tidewater directly on the beach, but it's located just down the street (half mile away) from the new Pier Park. Pier Park is a 1.1 million square foot outdoor mall providing restaurants, movie theaters, specialty shopping, and nightlife. Coming in 2009 will be the Panama City - Bay County International Airport providing even greater travel convenience.
Our unit, located on the 18th floor, is a professionally decorated condo providing all the conveniences of home in a comfortable and vibrant beach environment. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. There are four flat screen TV's and four DVD players throughout the condo. There is also a sound system with iPod capability. Our unit sleeps eight comfortably via the two bedrooms, a bunk area, and the queen sleeper sofa. There are three full bathrooms providing privacy for all. All linens are provided.
We have a Passport to Fun Amenity program! Each short term rental guest will receive complimentary passes to various seasonal popular attractions such as charter fishing, marine parks, boating adventures/cruises, water parks, etc. Amenities vary.
Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. We look forward to hearing from you.
