Downstairs is a quaint one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and charming dining area. The living room looks out at Charlotte Harbor through large picture windows. The bedroom offers two full sized beds. The combination of the walk-in shower and this apartment being ground level make this a great choice for those who don’t do steps. Cable TV, VCR and all linens are provided. The laundry facilities and the pool are shared amenities. Both units and the neighbors to the east share use of the fishing pier that stretches out on to the harbor. Two Kayaks come with the house. The house can be rented as a one unit or the upstairs and downstairs rented separately.
