Welcome to our spaciouscondo with 9 to 12 foot ceilings. There are three bedrooms and two baths. We also have rates for renting just two of the bedrooms if three is to many for you. This Condo is situated just one block off the beautiful sandy beaches of Puerto Vallarta, just north of the famous Malecon. We have provided everything you might need to make this condo an unforgettable retreat. If you decide not to sample one of the 2000 or so restaurants in P.V. then BBQ or cook your meals in our newly renovated kitchen with granite counters. Our Condo is within two blocks of the fresh fish market and major grocery/shopping center. The building is secure with 24/7 security guards. Maid service is provided three times a week.
Shops and services are within blocks and access to the Malecon and Romantic zone are easily accessible in minutes by walking or local bus and taxi. The main bus routes to all areas is just one and a half blocks away and taxi's are right out the door.
Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit and ceiling fan which are remote controlled from the comfort of your bed.
The large heated pool has lounge chairs, tables and grass area for you to spend a quiet time away.
Close by are Internet Cafe's, banks, ATM, and so much more.

Pete & Dee your condo feels like home. We had a great time, this unit is perfect for a family get together! You can't help but relax, the location of this unit is perfect. Easy bus access and only 5 minute walk to beach time . Don't worry this condo has all the supplies! "It's amazing" as my 30 year old son claimed (he is a couple only resort fan) He also commented on the privacy & quietness of the courtyard & pool. This condo has the warmth & goodness of Pete & Dee's amazing personality

We've been coming to PVR for years & this was the first time we stayed in a condo. Our experience in the condo has been awesome! We really like the area. It's close to the beach. Thanks so much Pete & Dee for allowing us to stay in your "holiday haven". Given the opportunity we would definitely stay here again! PVR is like "home" to us and our condo experience definitely added to it. We also like how you've decorated the place and the whole "sharing" concept. Thanks again!

We stayed at the condo from Dec 21st/08 to Jan 04/09. It was awesome and it was just like living at home. The condo has everything you need. It is close to major grocery store, internet cafes, car rentals, bank machines, and the bus stop. The local bus is the only way to go downtown to the malecon. The local beach is one block away. The area is very safe during the day and nights. The staff and the 24/7 security was awesome, they always greeted you with a smile. The swimming pool was excellent, you could swim or lounge around in their chairs. It is nice and quiet. The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning and that was nice after a long day at the beach. A few stairs to climb to the condo but that wasn't a problem. I highly recommend you to check out this condo. Doug & Dixie
