The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Some of the unique pleasures we enjoy at our condo is seeing the beautiful lake up close right outside our windows. The entire back of the condo has large windows overlooking the lake which is about 100 yards away. There is no obstruction to the view. The condo is designed for the open living areas of the kitchen, dining, and family room at the back so we can always see the lake. We have a beautiful swimming pool about 100 feet away. It is private to the condo owners and their guests and has a nice covered grilling area. We use that almost every day. The Emerald Point Marina is only a 2 minute walk away, which has inside and outside boat storage, boat rentals, and complimentary boat dock. There is a small store located there also. Yet with all of these wonderful services, our condo is a very quite, relaxed, and peaceful home.
We also enjoy going into Branson, which is about a 10 minute drive, to visit the inviting Branson Landing. It has numerous good restaurants, and shopping overlooking Lake Taneycomo. We are about 10 to 15 minutes to numerous shows and attractions. Our adult children and Bob still enjoy a good go-cart ride 10 min. away! Although Bob and I don't golf, our children and some friends do and they say the golfing in our area is one of the best. Bob and I enjoy live shows. We love Peter Pan now playing. The talent at these shows are fantastic! We love the live music shows, and recently saw Restless Heart and Little Texas at Country Tonight. They have different bands performing throughout the year just like many other shows do. The price for the entertainment is certainly affordable compared to other cities. Of course we enjoy the Christmas shows and lights at Silver Dollar City. There is so many varied and quality things to do near our condo. But one of our absolute favorite activities, is sitting out on our balcony taking in the beautiful lake and being awed by nature.
We are 3 minutes away by boat, and 10 minutes by car. Boat rentals, slips, food.

Bob and I love beautiful lakes and mountains. Table Rock Lake never disappoints. We get peace and calm from being on the lake. But we also enjoy being out on the water with our ski boat playing with our family and friends. The beauty of the Ozark Mountains brings us much pleasure. We began vacationing here together since our marriage began in 1972. As we had children, we added the boating experiences with tubing, water skiing, wake boarding and just playing and relaxing in the water with our family and friends. My extended family lives in Kentucky and Texas, so yearly reunions at Table Rock Lake are always the favorite destination for location, lake activities, and all the fun and diverse entertainment in the Branson area.
Bob and I live in Overland Park, Kansas. Our adult children and their family live close by. We get together often here, yet we travel to Table Rock Lake for even more fun and family time. Bob is a civil engineer and I am a relationship specialist - life coach. We have full and busy careers, so it is that much more rewarding to visit our condo which is about a 3 and 1/2 hour drive away. We have been fortunate to have traveled to many places, yet our favorite is Table Rock Lake.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo! We really enjoyed the view as well as your movie and game collection! While here in Branson, we went to the Butterfly Palace, Country Inn's indoor water park and The Tangier Outlet Mall. We had a wonderful time and would love to come and stay this summer! Thanks again!

Marla and Bob, Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. It is unusual to see such "hands-on" owners, as evidenced by your frequent entries in your guest book. My wife and I agree, that in our 47 years of marriage and 20+ years of vacation rental experience, from New Jersey to Hawaii, your condo ranks in the top two places we've visited. We come to Branson, each fall. We, especialy, enjoy the Oak Ridge Boys and the Mickey Gilley shows, the train ride, the shopping at the outlets and Branson Landing, and the fall colors, in the Ozarks. We think that we've found the perfect place to stay, in Branson; and, we hope to return, to your rental, many more times. Our friends, who meet us each year, were so impressed with your condo that they "wished you had two more, just like it". This was our first VRBO/renting a condo experience and it was the best vacation I have ever had! Bob and Marla were helpful and make you feel welcome throughout the entire experience. The place was warm and inviting...it felt like home the minute we walked into the place. Lots to do and see in the area. The next-door marina was very friendly and helpful with our boat. The pool was clean and relaxing. The view....well, it just can not be expressed in words; it must be experienced! Don't hesitate, the reviews are not exaggerating...this is the vacation of a lifetime.
