Las Palomas is the premier resort destination in Puerto Peñasco. Las Palomas is the only resort with 5-star onsite hotel operations and a AAA 4 diamond restaurant. Whether you play golf, collect shells on the beach, or just want to enjoy a pool side margarita, Las Palomas is a true getaway.
As owners we can offer you discounts from the regular rack rate while still giving you full access to all resort amenities. There are no separate cleaning or bracelet fees - pay one price for everything. This is a resort managed condo in the resort rental pool.
When comparing ours to other condos at Las Palomas, find out if they have a golf membership (ours does) or if it is resort managed in the rental pool(ours is) before deciding.
Our condo is in Phase I on the 8th floor of the Topaz building. Our three bedroom, two bath, 2 BPV model has a full granite counter kitchen and a laundry room with full sized washer/dryer.
The living room has a 27” television with DVD and home theater stereo, and each bedroom has its own TV and DVD/VHS player. DirecTV satellite broadcasts both Phoenix local and Spanish language broadcasts.
The dining room table can be expanded to seat 8 plus a flip up coffee table in the living room allows comfortable dining for two more people. Two of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors leading to the balcony and have full ocean views.
The 442 sq foot balcony has dining for six and seating for four more. Playing hooky from work or school? There's even free high speed internet if you need it.
Golf Inc. named The Links at Las Palomas Golf Club their "International Development of the Year" award for 2006. The 18-hole championship golf course is an authentic seaside links golf course designed by Phoenix-based Forrest Richardson and Associates.
The Links is converting to a private, Las Palomas guest only golf course, but is still allowing outside guests. Our condo has a platinum golf membership and is entitled to reduced greens fees and 14 day advance tee time reservations. Not all condos have a golf membership. Platinum card guests should expect to pay a lower green fee than someone staying at a condo that does not have a golf membership condo. Rates change, but the current platinum rates as of Spring 2009 are $45 (including a cart), while normal resort guests pay $65. If outside guests are allowed, their fee is $90. They also offer specials for twilight and 9 holes.
