Our apartment is very centrally located. Only one block to historic Mulberry Street in Little Italy, two blocks from the art galleries, designer boutiques and chic cafés on Spring Street and only three blocks to bargain shopping on Canal Street.

Very quiet and peaceful with all the comforts of home. Offers total rest after a day soaking up the many wonders of NYC.
The apartment is serene with high ceilings, comfortable new furniture and a 350 square foot private balcony with unobstructed views of historic Little Italy and the Empire State Building. Every room is full of light with a wall of windows looking out on the city, but offers complete privacy for those inside.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything necessary to prepare any holiday celebration. A roasting pan for your Thanksgiving holiday, a Margarita blender for Cinco de Mayo and a wok for Chinese New Year!
The bedroom offers a queen sized bed with 14' memory foam mattress and pillow top, a HD flat screen TV with DVR, and plenty of closet and cabinet space. The living room couch pulls out into a queen sized bed and has a comfortable 15" thick mattress (not an uncomfortable sofa bed pull out), and has a 37" HD flat screen TV. The apartment has the fastest high speed wireless internet service available.

TRANSPORTATION:
Subway lines are a short 2 minute walk away and only one stop from transfers to all lines at West Fourth. 10 minutes to Mid-Town, 5 minutes to financial district, 15 minutes to Central Park/Metropolitan Museum of Art, 15 minutes to Brooklyn/Williamsburg.
