We are in the middle of the hills nearby Lucca, full of history and tradition... In a few minutes you can get to Lucca, Pescia and Collodi; Pisa and Florence in less than an hour .... Montecatini's thermal baths or the sunny Versilia's beaches to have a refreshing swim in our sea. At the feet of the antique village of Montecarlo, in the suburb of S. Giuseppe, is “corte pincioni”, a courthouse that goes back to the beginning of the XVII century, entirely renewed two years ago, but keeping the feel of its time. You can reach the courthouse through the tree lined road indicated by a wooden sign having the number 120 painted on it, you’ll get to a spacious large square where you can park your car and let your children play free, far from the main road (street s. Giuseppe).
This house is in a characteristic Tuscan countryside and from every window you’ll enjoy the outstanding panorama, the plateau of Pizzorne, first bastion of the “appennino Tosco-emiliano”, the pleasant landscape of Montecarlo, the rural houses recalling the style of the country people of the last century, the total absence of industries, testifying the cure for the atmosphere that the several local administrations and the population itself have chosen in this land of lucchesia.

You can also enjoy a glass of the famous Montecarlo DOC wine that we’ll be glad to offer you at your arrival! The medieval town of Montecarlo in surround by wine yards and olive groves and is therefore a popular area. This area is visited by many tourists every year because it is set amidst one of the most beautiful hill chains of the Lucchesia and it is repudiated to be a quiet spot. The characteristic "rustico of '600" is situated just a little bit outside of Montecarlo. One part of the house was restored and converted into a holiday home. Guests, who choose Pincione as a base for their stay in Tuscany will enjoy a walk through the vineyards, make a stop at a farm and to taste local specialties and the excellent wines which are exported to the whole world.
Our house has 3 bedrooms (a total of 8 beds and pull out couch). On three sides of the house there is a private garden, approx 500 sqm, equipped with table and chairs, deckchair, sun-umbrella and barbecue. Well-cared furnishings in Tuscany style, beamed ceilings, granite tiled floors, partially stone walls inside, air conditioning and parking in front of the house. On request an additional double bedroom with bathroom may be rented, this room lies on the lower floor of the house. |
