This Condo is furnished in "beach cottage" style with a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV/DVD in every room , and a covered porch with table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee.
Beach access (with parking and new bathrooms) is a two minute drive or a short walk or bike ride. A 22 mile paved Hike/Bike trail begins in Blue Mountain and runs along the coast through the rest of the beach communities of Highway 30-A such as nearby Seaside and Watercolor.
So bring your bikes or rent from nearby shops which will deliver and pick-up at the door of the Condo.
Destin is only a 15 minute drive west and has many restaurants and shops including Hard Rock Cafe, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, antique shops and a Rave movie theater. Panama City is a 20 minute drive east with many more restaurants and shops to choose from.
