The 128 unit, 17 story property sits on over 4 acres of Santa Rosa Island and boasts over 300' of direct beach front access to the Gulf of Mexico.
Start your day shelling along the sugar-white beach, spend your afternoon sunbathing poolside and then end it in an open-air restaurant/bar eating raw oysters and drinking an ice-cold beer while watching the sunset. This will truly be a vacation you'll never forget.
The accommodations are tastefully decorated and are routinely updated to ensure that all guests enjoy the same high quality comfort during their stay. Each of the two bedrooms and the living-room are similarly furnished with w/w Berber carpet, distressed white furniture and queen beds (queen sleeper in the living-room). Free high speed internet access is available to all guests but please bring your own internet cable.
The living-room and master bedroom both open to a large balcony which is protected by a plate glass railing for optimal ocean views. Leave your sliding door open at night and fall asleep to the gentle sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.
Emerald Isle Resort features 2 swimming pools (one heated), a jacuzzi spa, a sauna, a fitness center, a poolside shower, and a dune walkover to the beach. Beach chairs, loungers, and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach for a nominal fee. For your convenience, there are two elevators and several luggage carts to help make arrivals and departures a breeze. Parking is by permit only and closely watched to ensure plenty of open parking for all resort guests.

Rental/Cancellation policy:
- 50% of total fees are due upon reservation.
- Balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.
- $50 fee for cancellations made 30+ days prior to arrival.
- Forfeiture of all fees paid for canceling within 30 days of arrival.
