    • My adult son and I visited NY for the very first time in Sept. and explored the city for 7 days. We felt so very fortunate to have found and stayed in this wonderful NY loft. The unit was everything it was advertised to be and more. It was chic and comfortable while furnished with high end accessories. After 8 to 10 hours of exploring each day....we thoroughly enjoyed dropping our bodies into the comfortable beds that were located in each bedroom. It was very helpful to have internet access available as well as a fine sound system and TV to keep us connected to the world! The location was upscale and could not have been any better. It was fun to "run with the crowds" during the day and come back to a safe and quiet hub in the late evenings. And, it was within walking distance to Southport, Battery Park, Century 21, World Trade and so so much more. Subway entrances were located close by. There were several markets within walking distance to purchase miscellaneous items and fabulous prepared foods. Lex was available whenever I had a question and even provided me with several suggestions of charming and wonderful restaurants -- which turned out to be so so fabulous! What a great addition to an absolutely magical vacation. My son loves to run and did so on several evening occasions by Seaport and Battery Park. Five stars for a wonderful accommodation and an unforgettable vacation.

    • I travel to Manhattan on business at least once a month and usually stay in 5-star hotels. A friend of mine had suggested this loft and I'm really glad he did. Most of my meetings take place in the Financial District and it was great to walk over to meetings and not have to worry about cabs or subways. Also, it's great to have so much living space as opposed to a small hotel room. It's beautifully decorated and very on par with what I'm used to at a hotel. Highly recommend it.

    • Ever since I moved away from the city to Australia over seven years ago I still consider New York my 'home away from home'. As a previous resident of the Village, I have to admit I was hesitant to choose to stay in the Financial District, but after spending time in this outrageous loft, and seeing how historic and beautiful the neighborhood is, I can't imagine staying anywhere else. After nearly 24 hours of travel from Sydney to Manhattan, I needed a place where I could feel comfortable while reinvigorating myself for an enjoyable visit with old friends. Alexis was extremely helpful in making my transition and stay as seamless and as effortless as possible. Inside the apartment, the loft was as beautiful as the pictures, extremely clean, refreshing, and most importantly very quiet. Even the location proved to be perfect for everything I wanted to do while I was visiting - from jogging to Battery Park and along the Westside Highway to easily catching a train up to eat, shop and play in Soho and the Village, I have nothing but the highest recommendation to give.

    • I loved staying here! The building is beautiful and safe and the apartment is immaculate and spacious. It's close to all the subways and was a great base for exploring nyc. Alexis was wonderful to deal with and made everything nice and easy. Can't wait to go back...

    • I have had the pleasure of staying in the loft more than once! I am a frequent business traveler to NY and have found the conveneience, privacy and security better than any high end hotel! I have also traveled with my family and found its convenience to all NY's best attractions either walking distance or a convenient subway ride away. The owners were always so prompt to get back to me if I had a quick questions about the building or any of its facilities! This is my new home away from home!! Thank you!
