This spacious 2700+ square foot townhome near the base of Peak 8 has the perfect combination of privacy, easy accessibility to a wide range of activities, mountain views and superior amenities. It sleeps 10+ comfortably in 4 bedrooms plus the loft.
Located just off of Ski Hill Road, the unit is just steps away from the free shuttle route that takes you up to the base of Peak 8 or into town. The bus ride to the base of Peak 8 is about two minutes long. It’s so quick and easy you can come home for lunch and go back up to ski for the afternoon. You can also walk next door to the Nordic Center for cross country skiing. In the summer, you’ll be adjacent to beautiful national forest land and mountain biking trails. Breckenridge Golf Club and fly fishing destinations are only a 5 to 10 minute drive away.
Back at the townhome, you’ll enjoy spacious comfort and relaxation. Your family or group will be able to spread out over its three levels. Everyone can find their own space to enjoy. The main level features a large family room with leather couches, dining room and kitchen. The family room includes cable television, CD/DVD player and a state of the art Bose stereo system. Just plug in your iPod and listen to your favorite tunes. There is also a great deck for grilling and enjoying the mountain air. The modern kitchen features state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances with all the accessories you’ll need.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with king beds and private baths. The master bedroom includes a built-in Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in closet. There is also a loft/sitting area with beautiful mountain views. The lower level features its own TV and stereo system as well as a private outdoor hot tub, two bedrooms and two more baths. One of the bedrooms has twin beds and the other a bunk with a pull-out trundle as well.
Other important amenities include: secure high speed wireless internet throughout the unit, laundry room with washer and dryer, private driveway and a one-car private garage (with automatic garage door opener).

My wife and I have lived in Denver for the past 6 years and take out of town guests to Breckenridge for overnight stays several times a year. We always book through VRBO and this is the BEST place we have ever stayed in Breck! This home far exceeds any place that we have stayed at for a similar cost in the Breckenridge area. First of all, the home is spacious. It is perfect for multiple families as it has three levels. The bottom floor has two bedrooms, two baths and its own living room. The third floor also has it's own two bedrooms, baths and living room also. The center floor has a spacious living room with high ceilings and expansive windows along with a dining room and well appointed kitchen. It's perfect for going with other friends and everyone staying friends! Everything appears to be new and well taken care of. The owners have thought of all the details from shampoo/soaps, detergents for the dishwaser and clothes washer to a remote control for the garage. It's a very quiet area of Breckenridge so you won't hear the party crowd or spring breakers nearby. The house is decorated like a true home. The location is perfectly situated near town and the slopes. I can't say enough good things about this place. Just book it and don't look back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family and I stayed in this comfortable and well located townhome for a week during spring break. We are two adults and three children (12, 10, & 5). The home was clean and roomy. The main floor has living room, kitchen (well equipped), dining area, half bath, and closet to stow all ski gear. Upstairs has master bed and bath and second room with bath and a small sitting area. The bottom level had a nice sitting area with two bedrooms and bath. The kids had plenty of room to roam around. (Another family could easily have stayed with us.) Also, they enjoyed playing outside in the snow. The shuttle to the lifts was easy, and the drive into town was just five to eight minutes away. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We recently had 2 families stay in this rental property for 5 nights over 2013 Spring Break. We had 10 in our party. We truly enjoyed the home and the location is perfect for a Breck Ski Vacation. Two master beadrooms is great for two families. Home is well furnished with all amenities you would need. Listing was accurate, property was clean and well maintained, price was competitive, owner was extremely helpful and cooperative. Would look to stay again in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

All eleven of us enoyed our stay at this property.It is nicely situated two shuttle bus stops from peak 7 and 8.The kitchen is well equipped with every pot, pan,dish, glass, and appliance imaginable. Likewise the bedrooms and baths were well stocked with blankets,sheets,pillows,TV's and towels. The living areas are equipped with the latest technolgies, for TV''s, music, movies,games, and printing. In short I recommend this address as a comfortable family destination.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Super convenient and in a beautiful location, our stay at The Chastain's was excellent. From the big main bedrooms, to the kitchen and family area as well as the hot tub, the place was amazing. We just walked out the front door in our gear and 2 houses away was the bus stop to take us to Peak 8, we were skiing in less than 10 minutes. The home was tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained. There were also very clear instructions and suggestions for utilizing the home's many features and conveniences. When we get back to Breck, we definitely want to stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

It was well equipped and well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were comfortable, we loved the hot tub and the fireplace and the grill. It was well kept and in great condition. We felt at home. Very close to town.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
