Sea Coast Gardens II oceanfront complex is located in the no car zone along the 8 miles of beautiful white sand beach in New Smyrna. This second floor unit has an ocean view from all rooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an additional queen sleeper sofa in living room. The unit sleeps 4 and has tile floors throughout, a dining area accommodating 4-6 people, closet systems, a fully equipped kitchen. The owners closet is available for additional storage of beach items.
The complex has 2 Olympic sized pools (one heated) 2 kiddie pools, a large clubhouse for activities, 4 lighted shuffleboard courts, 2 laundry facilities on each floor, 2 elevators per building, assigned parking spaces and shopping and dining within walking distance. There is a large oceanfront deck for watching the sunrise or sunbathing.
New Smyrna Beach, located in central Florida along the Atlantic coastline, is best known for its small town character and family atmosphere. Historic Flagler Avenue offers numerous art galleries, beach rental shops, boutiques, surf shops and restaurants.
Smyrna Dunes Park, 5 miles north, offers a 1 ½ mile walking and jogging boardwalk through the dunes, along the intercoastal waterway/Ponce Inlet and the ocean. Surfing at Ponce Inlet is some of the best on the East Coast of the USA. The Park is an excellent spot for bird watching and also provides a breathtaking view of the historical Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. A scenic 30 minute water taxi ride provides access to the lighthouse and lighthouse museum.
Cape Canaveral Seashore Park, 7 miles south, offers world renowned flats fishing for snook, trout, and redfish in Mosquito Lagoon. Kayaks, fishing guides, and boat rentals are readily available. Forty minutes to the west is the famous Blue Springs State Park where you can view manatees and take a riverboat cruise along the scenic St. John’s River.
Kennedy Space Center, 30 miles south, is America's busiest launch and landing facility. The Center offers a full day of exploration including real space vehicles, authentic attractions, inspiring exhibits and hands-on experiences.
For 12 months of the year, the golfing enthusiast will find numerous affordable and challenging courses within a 15 mile radius. In addition, the LPGA Headquarters and golf course is located, 20 miles north, in Daytona Beach.
One hour to the west are Orlando’s world famous, family amusement parks including Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Disney, Animal Kingdom and Blizzard Beach, as well as, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World and the new Aquatica water park.
