This house is located across the street from the beach off of Highway 4466. It is located in between Aguadilla and Isabela, about 5 minutes from each. More specifically, it is located in Playa Jobos - the pristine and famous surfing beach on the west side of the island. You can walk to the beach or restaurants in the area in less than 5 minutes. This is the tropical paradise that many dream of.
The house has been recently remodeled. There are two bedrooms suitable for couples (queen and full sized beds) and two bedrooms with bunk beds that will sleep either kids or adults. The kitchen is recently remodeled and comes complete with everything you need to make a great home cooked meal (oven, micro, stove, etc.). Internet, TV / DVD are in the house, but the beautiful weather will keep you outdoors all day. The unit has air conditioning units in every room, but also enjoys cool ocean breezes from the water across the street. There is an ocean view from the front porch and the water is less than a 5 minute walk away.

I loved this vacation home, We go to P.R. every year and this is one of the best homes yet. The home was clean and comfortable with everything needed. Air conditioning was great in the am while we got ready for our outings and there were many activities near by. close to the beach and night life, yet the area was quite. pictures online do not give this home justice. I will def. rent this home again. The only down fall is no laundry on site, but there is a laundromat about 5 min away. I stayed with teens who loved the surf, and children who loved the tranquil beach near by. Great affordable roomy vacation home.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
