You are invited visit our beautifully decorated, new condominium with a view of almost 50 miles. On a clear day you can easily see Tennessee and sometimes Virginia. We are in Unit 27D in the middle of the newest development on the top of Sugar Mountain, "The Reserve".
You will find flat screen plasma TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. The condo is air conditioned, but you will not need it! There is ski slope access from the top of the complex. The master bedroom has a king bed and deck access, the guest room has a queen bed, and there is also a sleeper sofa - so you can sleep six.
You can view the beautiful sunsets from the large deck. The town of Banner Elk is only two miles up North Carolina Highway 184 from Sugar Mountain. This is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the mountains, but you probably won't be spending much time inside with all the activities that surround us.

We stayed in your beautiful condo over the holiday weekend and had a wonderful time. It was such a pleasure to find such a nice clean and well equipped place to stay. Your neighbors were very friendly as well. What a wonderful getaway! We hope to stay there again some time.
