NOTE: What we own is a top floor waterfront "3BR Lock-Off" Villa....which is a 2BR Villa connected to a 1BR Villa via a private set of lockable interior doors. BOTH SIDES ARE AVAILABLE EITHER TOGETHER OR SEPERATELY. The 2BR Villa will sleep 6 (or 7 using a rollaway). The 2BR Villa is $3,500 for the week. Private Entrance and completely seperate from the 1BR Villa. The 1BR Villa will sleep 4. It is offered at $2,500 for the week

HUGE 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps 6 to 7 (using a roll-away). Has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 big baths.
The 1BR, 1BA unit also has a full kitchen, living room/dining area, king bed, queen sleepsofa, and a balcony on the water. It will sleep 4 comfortably.
They both have a magnificent view of Nassau, the Cruise Ship Dock, and Yacht Harbor. Spectacular top floor water views in every direction! Located at HARBORSIDE, the rentals include full use of every amenity offered at the Atlantis right next door... absolutely no additional charge. I assume you are familiar with the ATLANTIS, but more information on that spectacular resort can be found on their website.
Harborside is a very special vacation ownership resort right next door to the Atlantis. Harborside, aside from the Atlantis, is a vacation destination unto itself with gorgeous waterfront pool, fitness center, etc.
We bought this particular week 44 because we live in New Jersey and this week is always "Teacher's Convention" week, so the kids are off from school most of that week. We made other vacation plans this year, so we are offering our Top Floor Waterfront Atlantis Harborside Villa Week 44 to you! We promise you'll have a fantastic vacation!
The two bedroom has a big beautiful full kitchen, 2 big baths (the Master has a stall shower and Jacuzzi Tub), 1 King and 1 Queeen Bed, a spacious living and dining room with queen sleepsofa, 3 TV's, and a Bose dvd/cd music system, all connected to a large direct-waterfront balcony. 1BR has the same, except it's a 1BR.
If you are thinking about a vacation to the Atlantis....don't bother staying AT the Atlantis. Our "Harborside" Villa is right next door, and you'll have a full, spacious apartment with a kitchen and washer/dryer....not just an overpriced, cramped hotel room. Our Villa 100% includes all facilities and amenities of the Atlantis Resort. Harborside has an excellent shuttle bus system. It operates (free of charge) all day and night long, taking you to and from all the Atlantis Towers every 10 minutes or so. Or....you can easily walk back and forth!

Hi....We are "The Briglia's" from Ocean City, NJ. We have been very blessed to be able to travel frequently during the year. We own 10 "Starwood" Vacation properties....4 in St. John at the Westin St. John, 2 in Hawaii at the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Villas, 3 in Steamboat Colorado at the Sheraton Steamboat Mountain Villas, and 1 at the Atlantis Harborside. My son is turning 15, and will be attending a private high school in South Jersey. Unfortunately, this school does not recognize the "NJ Teacher's Convention" which, up until this year, gave us that first week of November off from School! So we are now offering our gorgeous 3BR (or 2BR + 1BR) top floor Waterfront Atlantis Harborside Villa for rent! If you've never been to the Atlantis...your family will LOVE it! We've gone every year since we bought the Villa in 2003. If you've never been to the Atlantis....you are in for a real TREAT. We had a fantastic time on this vacation! The unit has a great view of the Harbor and Nassau, so we had a good time watching the cruise ships dock daily. The unit is about 30 steps from the Harborside pools, which was very convenient. Harborside provides a relatively quiet experience, while still allowing you to use all the amenities and features of The Atlantis facility, which was great. Aside from not having our room ready for 3 hours despite a request for early check-in and having to call the front desk 4 times to have a crib brought up to our room the first day, our stay was fantastic and staff was very pleasant and accomodating. They said the day we checked in was the busiest they have had in a long time. Despite that, the facilities NEVER seemed crowded and we didn't have any trouble getting towels or lounge chairs all week. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle over to Atlantis, and every night we took a walk through Marina Village over to the Atlantis to see all the aquariums and fish. The property and unit were well maintained, clean and much nicer than we anticipated. I actually commented during the week at how impeccibly clean the grounds were. No trash or litter ANYWHERE! The owner went above and beyond to coordinate with the resort so that everything with our stay went smoothly. He was very communicative and easy to reach with questions prior to our stay. I would recommend this trip for other families and highly recommend going through this unit owner to ensure a stress free booking. Thanks again!! We loved it!
