SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER ARE TERRIFIC HERE AND YOU CAN DRIVE & PARK AT SEA COLONY'S PRIVATE BEACH! I WILL ALSO CONSIDER SHORT TERM STAYS OF 2, 3, OR 4 NITES.
This unusual floor plan will become your personal "Piedaterre" in Bethany Beach. With ample natural light, the cathedral ceiling adds to the chalet feeling of this stunning Tennis Villa (in addition to its 2nd floor location). This condo was completely gutted and offers a redesigned kitchen, tile floor throughout (except for Master Bedroom & Loft), stunning furnishings, accessories, window treatments, & coverlets. No expense was spared to create a relaxing & quality environment. The HVAC system is new in 2007. It's outside deck is off the Dining Room/Living Room and offers seating for 4 with blooming plants and a private treed location. This location is perfect for choosing to walk to Sea Colony's private 1/2 mile beach, newly replenished and fabulous. Or, take one of several trams or beach buses provided by the community. An outdoor swimming pool is just across the street and walking to the Marketplace at Sea Colony is easy. So much to enjoy at your fingertips.
Sea Colony is a Paradise for any age and I have yet to meet a guest that has not enjoyed the amenities that are truly unique to Sea Colony. (Please note that there is an additional Recreation Fee per person 4 years of age and older per week that is paid separately upon your arrival & is mandatory).
