This unusual floor plan will become your personal "Piedaterre" in Bethany Beach. With ample natural light, the cathedral ceiling adds to the chalet feeling of this stunning Tennis Villa (in addition to its 2nd floor location). This condo was completely gutted and offers a redesigned kitchen, tile floor throughout, except Master Bedroom has pergo fl. & Loft is carpeted), stunning furnishings, accessories, window treatments including shutters, & coverlets. This location is perfect for choosing to walk to Sea Colony's private 1/2 mile beach, newly replenished and fabulous. Or, take one of several trams or beach buses provided by the community. An outdoor swimming pool is just across the street and walking to the Marketplace at Sea Colony is easy. So much to enjoy at your fingertips.
Sea Colony is a Paradise for any age and I have yet to meet a guest that has not enjoyed the amenities that are truly unique to Sea Colony. (Please note that there is an additional Recreation Fee per person 4 years of age and older per week that is paid separately upon your arrival & is mandatory). Some furnishings have been changed from the photos & replaced.

My husband and I have vacationed in many rentals through the years and this unit, by far is the nicest we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Everything from the comfortable furnishings, to the exquisite taste of the owner, the well stocked kitchen and the cleanliness is beyond words! Thank you for your attention to detail and for treating your guests to a fantastic getaway!

This property exceeded our expectations. It is decorated like something straight out of a magazine. The kitchen is well stocked with designer dishes, quality cook ware, fun and festive servicing dishes, and even plastic dishes for small ones. The linens and towels were soft and luxurious. We couldn't believe how clean the unit is and appreciated the toilet paper and paper towels that were there when we arrived. Being within walking distance to the beach was a definite plus. The owner, Despina was a joy to work with. We would love to come back again.....soon!
