Villas Estival is located on Flamingo Bay in Potrero, a typical Guanacaste town on the shore of the north Pacific in the magnificent Playa Prieta.
Playa Prieta is a small bay, 400 meters long and one of the most beautiful beaches in Guanacaste. It is famous for its white sand which shines in contrast to its green trees, and crystalline blue waters. It has magnificent sunsets and a wonderful view of Flamingo.
This small beach on Flamingo Bay is located south of Pan de Azúcar, separated from it by a rocky sector and near Playa Virador.
It is ideal for enjoying swimming, sun bathing and resting while contemplating its calm lush landscape. It has soft ocean swells and abundant vegetation.
Towards the south we find Prieta Point and Chocoyas, which is a small island. These two add a special attraction to the natural scenery and they separate this beach from la Penca.
