This property is exactly as listed. It is exceptionally maintained and well-appointed. We've stayed at numerous hotel-condos before, but this particular unit is truly one of the best. We did not rent a car, but was pleased to find Jimmy, who runs a water taxi - very inexpensive and he will even take you on a tour. Loved the Seablaster Dolphin Cruise. Ate at different restaurants every night - never had a bad meal. Everyone is most accommodating. Would most definitely return to Destin and would most definitely stay on this property.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I could not have asked for a better experience! The rental was great and just as it was described. The location was wonderful. Very quick and friendly communication with the owner.

Once again Tina, our time here was amazing! This is our second time to stay in your condo and as happy as the first. Your condo is a great place to stay. I tell everyone I know about it. You make it pleasant working with you and affordable. It is a treat to stay at the Emerald Grande but you make it where people can afford it and we appreciate that! This is also my second year asking where you got those pillows in the master bedroom !!! They are wonderful and can not find anything close to them! Don't make me book another vacation to get a GREAT night sleep ! lol.... Can not thank you enough and will see you again next year.

Stunning view of beach, pool and Harborwalk, Best seat in place to watch the Thursday night fireworks display. Beautifully decorated. Best price we found online for such a first class rental. We love staying here because you do not have to get in your car once. Harborwalk is great for all ages. Every night dining, dancing and even some nice relaxing times. My family had the best time ever. Highly recommended. Pam

My wife, two kids (8,6), and I stayed at this property in early June 2011. It was exactly as advertised.Very comfortable and inviting. It literally has everything you will need including dishwasher and laundry detergent. The pool is very nice and the beach was just a short boat ride away. It is close to lots of amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, etc.). Would definitely go back again whenever possible. Thanks for letting us stay in your condo.

There's no better place to stay than this unit and this condo! The Grande is wonderful, everything you want for the perfect vacation is right there at your fingertips. And this unit has the best decor and amenities that any on property! Don't hesitate to stay here one minute. I have stayed at the Grande 6 times in the past several years, and every time I've chosen to come back here!

Our stay was great and the condo was beautiful. The pillows in the master bedroom slept so amazing that the first thing we did when we got home was buy new pillows. I know their just pillows right... If you are a people watcher like us then you will enjoy the Harbor Walk and all it has to offer. You could literally put your keys down when you arrive and not pick them back up until you go home. Everything you need is right there. Early morning coffee at the little eclectic coffee house and a stroll down the harbor walk is a must. I was a little concerned about some reviews I read about the water taxi taking you to the beach but we thought is was a pleasant addition. It is no further to catch the water taxi than it would be to walk from your condo to the beach. The boat ride was enjoyable. The staff on the water taxi are very nice and cater to your every need. Infact all the staff at the Emerald Grande were VERY nice and helpful everyday. My only suggestion is learn the elevator and parking garage right when you arrive. It was bit of a hassle. The people responsible for that should rethink it. All I can say if you take the stairs to the 7th floor, you should be on the 7th floor. Right? The Emerald Grande and your condo are 5 star all the way and I would definately stay here again!

WOW! I am at a loss for words to describe our week. I am so thankful that I found you! The week was perfect! That has to be our favorite place we have ever stayed at and it made the week so relaxing. Everyone was so nice and your place is BEAUTIFUL and the view was fantastic! I am already wanting to book our vacation for next year with you! On the last day we were coming back on the shuttle from the beach and there were about ten dolphins. The man driving the boat went right beside them! My daughter was having a fit. Tina, We just got home and I personally wanted to say thank you for the use of the condo. Everything was great and we loved every minute of it. The 4th of July fireworks were the best we had ever seen and the festive mood just set it all up. FYI: We spoke with a lot of guests and just general people around and most all were telling us that they were paying $2500 and up for a week, both 2 and 3 BRs. I think you could get more for your condo, it is just perfect.

Tina, Your condo is amazing! We loved every minute of our stay. The decor is simply beautiful. The kitchen is warm, yet modern.
