These 2 bedroom and 1 bath condos are overlooking Honeymoon Island, St. Joseph Sound, and the Gulf of Mexico in Dunedin, Florida. Each condo includes a private patio or balcony. The condos feature granite counter tops with full size kitchens and ceiling fans throughout. Most of the condos have 2 queen size beds and a sofa sleeper. We do have other condos with different sleeping arrangements. Please inquire about them.
Coconut Villas is just minutes away from the charming downtown Dunedin. There are many unique shops and restaurants to visit. Dunedin also has a marina with a fishing pier. The Pinellas Trail is close by and is great for bike riding, roller blading, or walking. These condos are just minutes away from Honeymoon Island and Caladesi State Park. You can take the ferry from Honeymoon Island to Caladesi Island. Caladesi Island was voted as America's best beach by Dr. Beach!
There is a pool and 2 tiki huts to relax with a tropical paradise setting. Enjoy breathtaking open water views and sunsets. You can also enjoy the dolphin and manatee shows right at your back sliding doors.

Coconut Villas is located close to shopping and near the most beautiful beaches. The causeway beach is within walking distance. Honeymoon Island State Park is less than 3 miles away. Caladesi Island was voted the #1 BEACH IN THE NATION in 2008 by Dr. Beach. Caladesi Island is a short ferry ride from Honeymoon Island. Coconut Villas is also located right on the St. Joseph Sound where fishing is the best. Tarpon Springs is about 20 minutes away. Tarpon Springs is famous for the Sponge Docks.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in October. Rode bikes to Honeymoon Island. Well equipped and spotless condo. Convenient location to visit our son in Tampa, visits to Clearwater beach and other attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Would have rated them a 6 star if I could. Very clean condo. Views were awsome. Sam was always asking if there was anything he could do. A very quiet location. Look forward to visiting again.

Last year part of our family stayed here. This year we invited all of the family for the greatest family reunion we have ever had. There were 1 of us and we used 3 Villas. Each was fully equipped and we needed nothing. We ranged in age from 81 to 9. We went jet-skiing one day, explored Honeymoon Island next, para-sailing one day and deep-sea fishing another. Theme parks are nearby or as far as Orlando (a couple hrs. away) We had 5 under the age of 20 and they cannot stop talking about all the fun they had at the Coconut Villas. Anetta is a pleasure to deal with and makes sure that everything is perfect for your visit. The children had so much fun collecting shells, watching the mana rays and fish along the seawall. Sunsets are spectacular. So much to do and recommend you book an entire family reunion.You will love it there.We did!

"Coconut Villas was perfect for us -- a quiet oasis from a jam-packed wedding week. The furniture is comfy, the kitchen just the right size, and the view was spectacular off the dock. We had a pool just outside our door, and it felt like a private pool because each condo pair has its own. And most important, the owners/managers and staff were delightful, even filling a special request."

Coconut Villas exceeded all expectations. The rooms were BEAUTIFUL and very clean. We gasped for the first 20 minutes of being there. It was extremely relaxing to watch the dolphins and pelicans in the morning. I cannot express enough what a wonderful time we had. I will always stay here whenever I visit Florida. Honeymoon Island is a beautiful beach and only a five minute drive away. Also Dunedin is an adorable little town with lots of shopping and nice restaurants. Thank you so much for making this a wonderful vacation!

We just came back from spending a week in Dunedin, Florida while staying at Coconut Villas. The condos are beautiful and are even nicer than the photos. They are decorated in tropical fashion. Annetta was wonderful to deal with. The facilities are very clean and right on the water. We actually had a dolphin swim right up within 15 feet from our balcony!! We hope to come back again!!
