Why the Owner Chose Emerald Beach
I like Emerald Beach by Wyndham. They do a great job managing the property and provide service that's second to none.
Margaritaville, MEGAritaVILLE. Everything is here, shops, theater, iMax 3D, mall, live music in 6 different clubs, fishing at the pier, umpteen restaurants, etc...
This is my favorite restaurant in the area. You can reach your table via boat or car. Great atmosphere, generous portions of quality food, good service and value.
You can Rent pontoon boats here and take your family to Shell Island. It's so beautiful on the island it's surreal, like stepping into a beautiful painting. It takes about 20 minutes by pontoon boat to get there you'll see dolphins along the way. I think it's about $100 for 1/2 day on the boat.
This is where you should go to enjoy one of the most private and beautifully white beaches in the world. I've been to beaches in Asia, Europe, British Islands and all over the United States and the Caribbean. Nothing compares to this experience!

I'm a native of the Sarasota area, but my mother moved here in 1997 and I've really enjoyed getting to know the area. I particularly LOVE Shell Island! You can rent a pontoon boat and take a ride out there and it's amazing. Dolphins greet you along the way and it's like stepping into a painting when you get there. I've always dreamed of living on the water. Now we enjoy the white sand whenever we can.

We stayed for the Gulf Coast 1/2 Ironman and had a terrific time at your condo! The place is fabulous!! Everything is very convenient and we really appreciated the easy access the 2nd floor location provides. Beachfront with a great view and the free beach chairs provided a perfect recovery spot after the race. Everything one could possibly need is provided.

Many years of staying in Panama Beach and we found a place we would love to return to. Conviently close to everything,beautiful beaches with the boardwalk to the beach below us. Comfortable surroundings and the tempurpedic bed provided the best sleep in years. The oilspill was edging close and we were going to cancel but the owners were so good to us we decided to stay and are thankful. We cannot wait to plan our next week in Florida!!!
