  • Thank you for an awesome weekend. We had another house before yours and they canceled on us. After staying at your place we are so glad that we stayed there and not the other house. It was so easy to walk down to the beach and come back to the house if need be. It had everything we needed and more. This was my kids first trip to the beach and they will remember this for ever. We also spent some time at The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and it was only a 10 min drive away. We will for sure be back again for another vacation. What an ideal location. Thanks again Allyn!   • This place was perfect for our family vacation. The living area was sparkly clean – we felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of room for our kids and grandkids – although several of them were excited about sleeping on the sofa/bed in the family room since the TV and games were there. Most of the time was spent in the family room and spacious kitchen, which was well-equipped – and we enjoyed cooking on the barbecue on the porch. The beach is two short blocks away and was never too crowded and always clean. After a long day on the beach or out golfing at one of the many courses in the area, we often enjoyed the new hot tub and relaxed

  • BEAUTIFUL condo. Wonderful fireplace! You can see the ocean from the balcony. Literally a few steps from the beach. There is a nice restaraunt and a deli within a half a block (right on the water). High quality linens and blankets.. Beautiful jacuzzi!! Would definitely stay again (and again!).
