Villa Bellagio is a brand new four bedroom home. The huge veranda faces west - enjoy the sun all day long. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV, DVD, stereo, MP3 player, WIFI internet. The sliders can be opened on both sides of the living room which offers you gorgeous views of the pool and of the canal which is in front of you. The kitchen is fully equipped. The breakfast nook is in the courtyard.
The large master suite has a large flat screen TV, and you can enter the lanai and the courtyard from this bedroom. The adjoining bathroom has a bath tub and a walk-in shower. The other three guest bedrooms share a bathroom. One guest bedroom has sliders that open to the courtyard. Beside these bathrooms you have a pool bath and a separate powder room. Enjoy swimming in the electric heated pool or the spa which can also be electric heated. The spa is located in the courtyard which offers 100 % privacy!
If you want to rent a boat it would be delivered to your vacation home and within two minutes you would be on the river. (There is Gulf access.) Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are very nearby
