This one of a kind, 3,000 square foot, 4 bedroom/3 bath, 2 story beach house has amazing ocean water views and breezes. You will not find a house more perfect for your La Jolla dream vacation. Upon entering thru the private gate, you will immediately recognize that you are truly somewhere special. The front yard has unobstructed beach and ocean views as it sits directly above Southern California's most beautiful beach, the famous Windansea Beach. It has a spacious grassy front yard landscaped with lush tropical plants and palms, a private BBQ, and an outdoor dining area with seating for eight.
The house has been beautifully decorated to give it a warm and welcoming costal Mediterranean feel. The second level master and second bedroom enjoy ocean breezes and endless views of the crystal clear waters of La Jolla. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated, have queen sized beds, and have French doors that open up to give you access to the private balcony with spectacular white sand and white water views. The third is located on the first level and has a full sized bed. The fourth bedroom with full size bed is also on the first level but is detached from house. The spacious living room boosts two large leather couches with seating for 8, a fireplace, and a full entertainment center featuring a 32" flat screen TV. The dining room is furnished with a large exotic hardwood table with seating for 8 and magnificent ocean and sunset views. The kitchen comes fully stocked with any and all appliances and utensils that you will need.

Do not go by the photos the house is a lot more run down than that,half of the furniture you see is not there or in need of cleaning . Tim was great about taking care of problems. No key when we showed up and the house was not cleaned very well at all and in need of some maintenance. For that kind of money we expected more. Right at the beach; we could not have asked for a better location...even the little road between us and the beach served us well as it kept all that sand out of our casa on the shore. We slept with the veranda doors open and felt rested, in 72 degree nights, while it back home it was 102 degrees. Beds are amazingly firm and good. Kids did the beach every day. Conveniences like a very functional outdoor grill, showers by the house, many tanning lawn areas, beautiful and large living/dining area for parties, great large and fully stocked kitchen, super powered and sized washer and dryer (all soaps, everything, thoughtfully put there), a "I'll do anything to make you happy with a smile" concierge at a text's notice. We'll be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
