  This was the most relaxing vacation ever. The rental was so comfortable and clean. It was well stocked with everything you would find at home. A trip to the market for food and you're set. The fishing pier is right behind the rental and the beach is a short walk across the street. The village is a 3 minute drive for restaurants, shops, gas and I even found a wonderful gym! Even though we live about an hour and a half away, it was so nice not to have to think about anything or rush around. Not alot to do but relax in Siesta Key--truly a vacation from everyday stress. Thanks!!

  We were lucky enough to stay here in April and December 2012 and can quite honestly say we find it hard to vacation anywhere else now. The complex is well maintained and has 2 lovely pools and BBQs along with a fitness room. The accommodation is immaculate and has been lovingly kept up to date with plasma TVs in the lounge, bedroom and kitchen, a beautiful walk in shower and the most comfortable bed to sleep in. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need and the coolers and beach chairs are an added bonus. Each morning we had breakfast on the lanai overlooking the waterway, tranquil and quiet. Beautiful Siesta Key beach is just over the road and Siesta Village is 5 minutes in the car with so many restaurants to choose from. There are lots of places to visit and lots of excellent shopping to be done! We always feel sad when the times comes to leave as it really is home from home and we can only thank Cheryl and George for letting us have this bit of luxury and paradise each year. It goes without saying we have already booked for this year!

  My girlfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend, just to get away from the winter gray of the Northeast and relax. We were impressed! Initial concerns about not being DIRECTLY on the beach were immediately swept away upon entering the beautiful, modern, and spacious walk-up condo... which was only steps from the bay, and brief walk across the street to the famous sands of Siesta Key. So we got the best of both worlds, and didn't have to stay in a shoddy high-rise! We could tell that the owners take great care of this unit, and have made every amenity available in an effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. In a rental market drowning in outdated condos, lined with pastel colors and wicker furniture, this unit was truly a breath of fresh air... so yes, we'll definitely be visiting again next year!

  We have stayed here twice now, in March 2010 and September 2010. It is simply one of the nicest places we have stayed and you can tell how much the owners love their house and want others to have that enjoyment too. So much attention to detail down to the coolers and beach toys for you to use. The new bathroom is amazing, the bed is so comfy, everything you need is in the kitchen and the views from the lounge, bedroom and lanai are wonderful. I was hesitant about writing a review as I didn't' really want others to know about this little gem! The beautiful beach is an easy 5 minute walk and there are lots of lovely places to eat within easy walking or driving distance. When leaving we are always planning when we can come again. I really can't say enough good things about it - it's like home from home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

  We have stayed at this condo for several years now and look forward to our next visit with great anticipation. The unit is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and offers every comfort you could want for a vacation stay. We find the location on Siesta Key to be excellent... only a short walk to the beautiful beach or a brief drive to stores, restaurants, and interesting museums, wildlife refuge, or evening cultural events. This has become our favorite vacation spot in all of our travels.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Greetings from Siesta Key! We arrived on Saturday, and we just wanted to tell you how much We love all the wonderful things you did with your condo! The changes are absolutely fabulous! We were so impressed! The new walk in shower is so beautiful! The new flat screen in the living room is great! The bathroom remodeling was done so nicely! The new cabinets, paint, kitchen work desk, etc. are such nice improvements. We seem to walk around and discover something new each hour! Good job! Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful! A+ 5 star condo!!!

  In December, my husband and I took our two kids to Siesta Key for some beach time. We were delighted with our stay. The unit is simply beautiful. The pictures do NOT do this large unit justice! From the elegant bathroom to the spic-n-span modern kitchen, the condo shines. It was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. I marveled at the vast amount of kitchen tools available, and I appreciated the beach towels and beach toys. We spent much of the week driving to-and-fro Tampa and Orlando, exploring other towns and beaches. At the end of our trip, we realized that it had all been unnecessary. The best of everything was in Siesta and Sarasota. The public beach was the among the finest we had seen. Thanks for keeping the unit so current, so clean, and so comfortable. We will be back.
