Our family welcomes you to our home offering:
• Master Bedroom Suite: Second story, huge, beautiful master bedroom with private gas fireplace, large king bed, TV, sitting area, large bathroom with duo shower head and room with private home gym. A very private "get-away area" from the rest of the house.
• 2nd & 3rd Upstairs Bedrooms: Also located on the second floor are two bedrooms with (2) twin/trundle beds (slide under one another) located in each room and a bathroom between the bedrooms.
• Living area downstairs has a beautiful living area with indoor fireplace and French doors leading to an outdoor fireplace with large classic California redwood hot tub located on very large redwood deck with private backyard. An array of fruit trees including peach, blood orange, lemon and lime trees with nicely landscaped yard allows for a comfortable morning/afternoon/evening lounge.
• Cathedral ceilings throughout the main area of the house with sliding glass door to back patio/deck area from the dining room and counter area looking in to the kitchen.
• Fully equipped kitchen with door to back deck as well to easily access the gas BBQ for a leisurely meal in the private back area.
• Guest Room downstairs has a very comfortable Queen/Murphy bed and private bathroom off of the living room area.

Our home primarily welcomes families who want to spend an enjoyable vacation, attend an event, or come together for a holiday....whatever the reason, allows our guests to be comfortable and relaxed. We offer a large 4 bedroom/4 bath home located in a quiet neighborhood with a private back-yard with plenty of room to enjoy a dinner on the deck, with outdoor fireplace and wood jacuzzi to sit and enjoy the evening stars. If energetic we offer a private gym off the master bedroom that can be used by anyone 16 years of age and older.

My husband and I have enjoyed living in Santa Barbara for over 20 years, we moved from Michigan directly to this beautiful area. Our two children were born and raised in Santa Barbara with frequent ski trips to Mammoth Lakes, CA. Some time ago our children asked if they could attend school in Mammoth and more importantly sign up to be on the Mammoth Mountain snowboarding team. We decided to give it a try and so far it has been a great success. While in Mammoth we want to offer visitors our SB home to spend time relaxing, playing and having a great time in one of the most beautiful, coastal towns in the world. Our home provides a relaxing, family environment with location near the beaches, downtown, wine country, UCSB and close to other popular towns (Montecito, Hope Ranch, Solvang, Santa Ynez). Our goal is to make sure visitors want to return to this beautiful area.
