Fantastic Santa Barbara two-story family home located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Hendry's Beach. Perfect for a family or several guests looking for relaxation & comfort while enjoying Santa Barbara's playground of fun!

Our family welcomes you to our home offering:
• Master Bedroom Suite: Second story, huge, beautiful master bedroom with private gas fireplace, large king bed, TV, sitting area, large bathroom with duo shower head and room with private home gym. A very private "get-away area" from the rest of the house.
• 2nd & 3rd Upstairs Bedrooms: Also located on the second floor are two bedrooms with (2) twin/trundle beds (slide under one another) located in each room and a bathroom between the bedrooms.
• Living area downstairs has a beautiful living area with indoor fireplace and French doors leading to an outdoor fireplace with large classic California redwood hot tub located on very large redwood deck with private backyard. An array of fruit trees including peach, blood orange, lemon and lime trees with nicely landscaped yard allows for a comfortable morning/afternoon/evening lounge.
• Cathedral ceilings throughout the main area of the house with sliding glass door to back patio/deck area from the dining room and counter area looking in to the kitchen.
• Fully equipped kitchen with door to back deck as well to easily access the gas BBQ for a leisurely meal in the private back area.
• Guest Room downstairs has a very comfortable Queen/Murphy bed and private bathroom off of the living room area.

  • We came with 3 young children and found this to be a great spot, plenty of room, good hot tub, appliances, furniture, linens, etc. A short drive to beaches and downtown SB (where there's plenty of cheap parking). Plus, it was a very professional and painless transaction.

  • We just got back from Casa Harris and we had a great time. The location was great close to downtown, freeway, parks, and beach. House was very clean and had lots of room. We loved the back padio and spent most evening and morning enjoying the fresh air. You won't regret Casa Harris give it a shot.

  • We had a lovely time at Casa Harris. The house was a perfect size for us as we had 6 people in our party but everyone had plenty of room and we especially enjoyed being able to sit outside on the large decking area having bbq's whilst sipping wine!!

  • Great place. Very CLEAN, well-supplied for a great weekend or longer. Very convenient location in Santa Barbara for the beach or downtown - - but far enough away to have great, quiet nights. The fireplace in back is a great place to have a meal with family or friends. Would definitely stay again.
