La Bougainvillea is a breathtaking oceanfront, 3-bedrooms, 2.5-baths, and 3,500-square-foot estate on a 30-acre property.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and its own private bathroom. This suite, located on a secluded side of the house, offers total privacy. The guest rooms are separated by a shared bathroom. One room features 1-queen size bed while the other room features 2-queen size beds. Sleeps 6 (we do not accept parties bigger than 6 persons)
Other rooms of the house include a study equipped with fax machine, DSL internet and printer, a spacious living room ready to entertain featuring games, satellite TV, DVD/ CD players, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
A perfect getaway for guests looking for privacy, La Bougainvillea offers a great outdoor area including a private 500 foot beach, a fully furnished patio overlooking the ocean, and a 30-acre beautifully landscaped garden.
The estate is located 10 minutes away from the village of Governor’s Harbor, which is considered the “commercial center” of the island. For this reason, unless the guests have no interest in leaving the property during their stay, a car rental is absolutely indispensable. If guests are not renting a car, the grocery pre-stocking service is highly recommended.
If guests do not wish to leave the property during their stay, taxi services can be arranged for the airport transfers. Taxis are the only kind of public transportation in Eleuthera and there are few of them on the island, so please book in advance.
