The beautiful view of Lake Michigan and awesome sunsets from the large deck are breathtaking. The beach is in a great desirable location with quiet grasses preceding sugar sand – described by many visitors to have the feel of Cape Cod and the east coast. The beach house has many windows and has had many updates including 2 major renovations in recent years which included the addition of a master suite, screened porch, and a new fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The flooring is knotty pine with carpet in the master bedroom. There is a large kitchen table, picnic tables, grill, lounge chairs, and family room sitting area. There is a balcony off the master bedroom with a wonderful lake view. The cottage includes 3 full baths and has a smoke free environment. Location is 5-10 minutes south of historic Pentwater with its many shops, excellent restaurants, putt-putt, ice cream and great public beach. Ludington is close by - 10 minutes north of Pentwater. Please bring your own linens and towels. Sorry no pets allowed. Limit is eight people and 1 family only. Available Friday 4 Pm to Friday 10 Am.
